Crisper support pins were quite tricky to secure
The old pins have to be completely dislodged (preferably with an awl) before placing the new crisper support. The new pin of the support should be driven easily into the hole on the refrigerator´s wall with a conventional hammer (carpenter type). If you find resistance while hammering on the pin, do not continue. This probably means that the old pin is still inside the hole and does not allow the new pin to go in.

Crisper supports were broken
Drove pins all the way thru supports & then pryed support off. Tapped new supports in place. Watch the vidio on installing new supports. I probably wouldn't have been able to get the supports off without the trick I learned to just knock them on thru. Took all of 5 minutes to replace 4 supports.

Door made a clicking sound when opened...
Couldn't have been an easier. Removed the screw/nuts from the top of the fridge door that held the door in place and removed the door. Unscrewed the holder at the bottom, replaced both parts and put the door back together. It took me longer to get everything out of the fridge door than to replace the parts. EASY AS COULD BE!!!
