Door didn't close completely without extra push
Easy easy easy! I usually call for service that costs $75 just for a repairman to come to the house...I found this website, typed in the model number of the fridge and voila...found the part. Received the part in one day! Repair took abut ten minutes from start to finish. The broken part was up inside the door, not the hinge on the box part of fridge. At first glance I thought I had the wrong part. Must look at door and pry out broken bearing with screw driver. Just slide in new bearing. I am usually not one to repair things myself so I was quite proud after fixing this one....I would recommend this company to all of my friends!!!

wanted to change features
Fridge came ice maker assy configured with an ice cream shelf to maximize space. I found this annoying becuase it blocked access to the ice maker controls and ice bin, which is useful for bulk access even thought there's a door front dispenser for ice. I recognized parts diagrams for a similar model and corrctly assumed they'd fit. So for $30 and an easy change I have the feature I wanted. Pretty cool.

broken supports on the front of crisper.
We watched the video you had available. WOW! We had been frightened away by a repair man. Anyway, we pried the broken supports off, and then pounded the posts into the wall where they dropped down out of sight. We placed the new supports in and put the drawers back in. Viola! Done! Took less than 10 minutes! Thank you!

Ice maker quit working.
The two screws that held the ice maker in place could not be seen do to there location. I could only get one hand inside do to space restriction. So I placed a mirror inside so I could see the screw heads and from point it was very easy to see and line up the nut driver on the screw heads. I then lifted it up and unplugged the wiring and installed the new ice maker. Works like a charm. Paul
