Water Was Leaking From The Glass Fill Dispenser
This was probably the easiest repair I have done on this refrigerator. I pulled the unit away from the wall, turned off the water, and disconnected the hose. I have a wooden floor in my kitchen so I was careful to put a towel under the hose and valve. Very little water drained out but I kept the towel there for insurance. After removing the access panel, I removed the two screws holding the valve in place, slid it back to where I could unplug the wiring connected to it. The connectors are color coded so there is no worry about putting them back incorrectly. The new valve uses push-in type water connections, so you have to cut the old style connections off of the plastic water lines. Kitchen shears did this easily. Then is was just a matter of pushing each line into the proper connector on the valve, reattach the electrical connectors, and slide the valve back in place. Reinstall the screws, reinstall the access panel, hook up the water hose, slide the unit back into it's niche, and run about a gallon of water through the dispenser and you are done.

I needed more storage space in my refrigerator.
The refrigerator comes with 4 door bins. I had alot of wasted space so I purchased and installed another door bin. It snapped in. The hardest part was unsnapping a couple of the other bins to reposition them for better use.

No water and ice at Door Dispensor
I figured out why no water and ice at door dispenser. Only a problem comes from a water supply valve. So I ordered parts assembly, and parts were arrived within 3 days. I replaced it, and then it worked OK since then. Regarding door shelf, it was cracked. So I replaced within 5 minutes. Anyway, I wanted to know when my parts arrive, so I called your Canadian operator, she was very nice. Just I want to say to manufacture of refrigerator, I wish they used batter parts. Because my refrigerator is less than two years old.

The door bin to our freezer broke off
The repair was not really a repair at all, but just a replacement that automatically snaps on. The impressive thing was how easily I was able to locate the part and how quickly it arrived to my home. My husband, who works for a major department in our local city government said he really couldn't believe it and especially at the price we paid. He was so impressed that he took the name of the site down so that he could use it to order from in a pinch. Thanks so much! Great site.

water dispenser/ice maker inop
Removed old water pump and cut off ends of all lines. Plugged them into each water inlet/outlet and turned it on. Instant water to dispenser but took about 6 hours for ice maker to get water. Had to prime the ice maker. Works great and saved a lot of money ordering parts from you. Thanks.
