The old support cracked and the drawer dropped when pulled out
1) Viewed the video 2) Got a screw driver 3) Removed the shelf/bracket assembly 4) Removed the old support 5) Reassembled and put back in place. It took longer to clean the dirty shelf than to fix the support. Very easy.

The ice cube tray was leaking water on the cubes
1-Unpluged the refrigerator 2- removed ice cube tray and some food( Placed in cooler )3- unscrewed the two screws holding the old unit lowering it and unplugged it. 4- Had to loosen the cooling coil to get to the pass through hole in the back and pulled the old wire out. Connected the wire adaptor to the old connectorand to the new ice maker. At this point I couldn`t pass the new plug through the back so I strapped it out of the way and installed the new ice maker using the two screws from the old one. Adjusted the fill adjustment and turned it on. Cubes in about 4 hours.

broken valve, water puddle on the floor
removal of the old valve to identify the problem took the most time. Once the new valve came it it was easy. NOTE: the old one had threaded connectors, and the new one is press/fit so the ends of the tubing need to be cut. The color coding and size matching are great.

Crisper support pins were quite tricky to secure
The old pins have to be completely dislodged (preferably with an awl) before placing the new crisper support. The new pin of the support should be driven easily into the hole on the refrigerator´s wall with a conventional hammer (carpenter type). If you find resistance while hammering on the pin, do not continue. This probably means that the old pin is still inside the hole and does not allow the new pin to go in.

Would not dispense ice
I replaced the entire dispenser. I decided it would probably be cheaper in the long run than replacing parts, thus lasting much longer. One thing I would like to comment regarding Part Select is that in all my years of ordering I have never recieved delivery any faster. I ordered one morning and part was delivered the next.

Crisper cover support was partly sheared
I followed the excellent directions in the video linked to the email from PartSelect. The installation was quick and easy. I rated the whole operation "a bit difficult" because, if I had seen the video before I removed the old part, I would have known that you tap the support's center rod gently INTO the wall instead of wrestling it violently OFF the wall.
