Refrigerator not cold enough
The repair is a snap, you can watch the video and it will put you on the right path. My story is more about the service that Part Select gave me. I used a small box fan on low as a temporary fix. My model number was worn off from the box wine we store in that particular place. So I ordered the part based on looks, well it was wrong. Called Part Select and we talked, the nice lady on the other end said OH it must be this fan motor. Send us back that one, and I'll get this out too you. I'll credit your account for $7.99, and it cost me $8.99 to ship back the wrong part. Wow, the next day I received the new motor. They sent it overnight! I thought it would be 5-6 days! Unbelievable. I will use this company for any, and all my repairs.

Ice maker was leaking
Watched the video that showed how to disassemble the ice maker. Then went right in and replaced the part and turned it on. It immediately started filling up the ice tray. I still have not been able to find out why it does not make as fast as the original ice maker. The tempeature for the freezer is set pretty cold.

The seating end of the auger (where the auger fits into the turning piece at the back of the freezer had sheared from the auger.
Took the ice bucket out and had to disassemble it completely to get the old auger end out of the grinding blades at the front of the ice dispenser. That part was kind of tricky because I was just using pliers to hold the blades while I got the lock washer off the plastic threaded piece that the auger screws into. Make sure you keep those blades in the precise order they come off, along with the plastic bushings that go in between some of them. Once I got the old auger free of the plastic end piece it went pretty quickly from there. I could never get the new auger to screw cleanly into that plastic end piece. It kept cross-threading so I just shoved it back on and it seemed to be snug enough. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and it is doing great.

Freezer icing and frig warm
I replaced the Defrost Timer & Defrost Thermostat previously only to find that the freezer was still freezing up. It was obvious that the Defrost heater was bad and I ordered it. I had ignored Parts Select reccommendations on my first order otherwise it would have been less than 30 minutes to complete all of the repairs. It took longer to defrost the freezer coils than the actual repairs took. I followed the published installation from Parts Select and now my 10 year old side by side is working like a new appliance. Thanks Parts Select for the fast shipping and accurate replacement instructions. Jim from Virginia, you get 10 stars from me!

Water Dispenser Doesn't Work
Watched the video on how to repair this problem. Folowed the simple instructions and it worked. The double outlet water valve worked as it should. When I tested the water dispencer nothing came out of the spiggot on the door but water poured out all over the floor because the 5/16" water line from the replacement valve to the front of the refrigerator was brittle and cracked. I've ordered the part. Moral of the story - if your are replacing this double outlet valve, buy the water line and the union for the dispencer. You'll save yourself time, postage and effort. From the looks of it sooner or later the water line gets "cooked" and breaks/cracks.
