It is helpful to remove the ice tray shelf, that way you can stick your head into the freezer to actually find the screws to loosen them. Sad to say though, ice maker is only working marginally better that the one I just replaced. Any troubleshooting clues out there??

I was at a loss. Did not know where to find the part. Opened the website and navigated for a minute, then put in part number of the broken piece and the right part popped up! I ordered two and they came to my door in two days, popped into place and fit perfectly! Problem solved, no stress.....what a treat.

got the ice marker in record time, then need to replace old wiring from the new one, the new one did not reach.used a nut driver put it in and cubes golore.thanks parts select great job.

Took the bolts at the bottom of the door off and removed the door. Pried out the old cam and put the new one in. Put the door back on and it works like it is brand new. The fridge is 13+ years old

It took longer to get the part than it took to repair the water inlet. The help from the staff was very responsible and the repair direction off of the net very clear and understandable. Well I have to say as a HVAC contractor for 32 years this was a very easy repair for me or anyone who is not a HVAC contractor such as myself. I always like to do a little research on any repairs that I have not performed myself and the instructions and video that was available on this web site was awesome. I did this repair in less them 15 minutes removing parts and reassembly of new part. I did let ice bin sit out for about 10 minutes after I removed ice to de thaw and reach room temperature to keep from cracking frozen plastic parts.The new ice auger drum was a very nice perfect fit and was made of a much better quality plastic then the OEM that was replaced. My mother was very pleased as I did this repair for her at her home and she watched me do the repair and she is 74 years old and she commented that she could have done this repair herself after watching me and she also watched video from this web site after I mentioned it to her. I would highly recommend that if anyone needs parts for there freezer or refrigerator to buy from this web site. The price was much lower then anyplace else I could find and it was shipped to my front door in less then 2 days. I watched the video showing how to disassemble unit and it showed that there was a heat element inside the chute door under the foam seal that needed to be removed and placed in side the new chute door. I spent about 10-15 minutes trying to salvage the element but the adhesive used would not release and the part was rendered unusable. I called the help line and was told that their instructions on that kit said the heating element was no longer required. I finished putting the kit in and the unit works fine

Pulled out the old filter with the push of a button, removed filter cover from frig, took covers off the end of new filter and pushed it into the slot replaced cover. Job done--1 minute.

The repair (replacement) literally takes only a couple minutes. You simply pick up on and remove the broken bin and insert the new one in its place. Your web site was great. There was a short step by step video on how to remove and replace the ice door kit and tools required. The only additional tool I used was Blue Tape so I could stabilize the inner control panel out of way onto Door.If I need more appliance parts I now know where I am ordering from!!
