Failed overload/relay start capacitor
Apparently, the manufacturer sometimes substitutes a part but keeps the same number, which is what happened here. The part wouldn't fit in the actual space on this model--even though the number was apparently correct! Refunding my money and assisting me to contact the manufacturer directly couldn't have been easier! Impressive customer service in a difficult situation.

Pivot Block not operating french door hinge
The pivot block looked slightly worn because the hinge door mechanism on the left door would not "close" when the door was opened. I bought the pivot block, but the fix is adjusting the dual french doors so they are even i n height at the top of the unit. Pivot block is a 2 minute job with screwdriver. Adjusting the height is a 5 minute job with nut driver.

Tab that holds pop-up drawer front broke off
Simply remove the two fruit/vegie drawer and the glass pantry top. Lift off the front support for the glass. Using a nut driver, remove the 2 screws that hold the pantry cap onto the side of the fridge then remove the end cap and temperature control. Remove the two screws that hold the drawer slide to the end cap and transfer to the new end cap. Now transfer the temperature control slides from the old end cap to the new. Some twisting and bending of the plastic slides will be necessary so be carefull not to push too far and break them. Reverse the removal until everything's back together.

Crisper slider and Pantry end cap broke
Ordered parts. They were here in 1 day. Followed directions on internet. Crisper slider took 10 seconds to replace after removing crispers and cover glass. The pantry end cap was replaced exactly as shown on the web site and took less than 5 minutes. Be careful putting cover back on the end cap because you do not want to snap the nib again.

One of the pins holding the door to the Chef's Pantry door broke
Pins holding the door in place are part of the plastic end cap on either side of pantry drawer. Very easy to replace. Need only to remove two bolts holding the broken end cap in place, remove the drawer slide from that piece by removing two more bolts, reinstalling the drawer slide on the replacement end cap, and reinstalling the new end cap. Part was surprisingly cheap and arrived much sooner than indicated.

The plastic tab that holds the deli drawer cover broke off
Removed crisper drawers, removed glass shelf and deli drawer and cover. Remove screws holding the sliding attachment and pantry end. After taking the old pantry end off I noticed that there was a plastic insert that went from the front to the rear, made a 90 degree turn and went to the rear area of the unit and was used to control the temp in the deli drawer. Took a little while to figure out how it worked and finally put it all together and reversed all of the steps taken to replace everything. Once I figured out the temp control slide it was easy to get it back together.
