The kit came with all necessary parts. The spray arm is now one part with the tube that brings water into unit. There was a video online to show the steps. Not only was this an easy repair but now the dishwasher works like new! I am a very satisfied customer & have shared the experience with several people. The cost was very reasonable. Very satisfied & will use this site again.

The part was correct, it fit and the dishwasher runs fine. All I needed was a phillips head screwdriver to install the upper spray arm.

Removed old mount with screwdriver, clipped on the new mount, screwed on the spray arm. Easiest fix I have ever done! Thanks

ordered this part & it was here in 2 days--very easy to install as it's just one piece now....when it was new, it was a couple of pieces...just screw the new in place...very simple

replaced-5 min job!

The new part came as one piece. You simply unscrew the center anchor screw, remove the part, put the new part in place and tighten the screw. It was that easy for this part reacement.

Dishwasher Stopped then only made a humming noise. Started with the Video on your site and it was quite helpful. I had trouble holding the drain impeller with the wrench. Used a drill to bore holes around the center and then broke the outer ring off to get a good hold on the center. Then was able to remove the bolt. The rest of the repair was easy. Something had caught the chopper blade and unraveled the spring. Replaced all the parts and it is working fine now.

Ordered the drain and wash impeller/chopper kit, which I received in 2 days. Great service. I watched the video on how to install the parts and the video was very clear and made the job seem easy. And it was easy, except for getting the impeller screw out. The impeller top was very brittle and pieces kept breaking off when trying to hold it with the adjustable wrench. Robo Grips didn't work any better. The only thing that finally got that screw out was a long handled socket wrench with an extension. You need the extra leverage if the screw is really stuck. Also note that the balls are definitely in the wrong place in the video. You need to remove them when doing the repair, then drop them back into the hole in the gasket/seal cover for the impeller after it is replaced. They will sit side-by-side if installed correctly. Turns out that the crunching/grinding noise was the chopper trying to chop up one of the clips that holds the silverware basket on the bottom rack. It was in many small pieces and had ripped up and split the impeller shaft.The dishwasher is back together and running perfectly. I unscrewed the old cap and screwed in the new one.

just screwed in a new nut and bam back up and running!

as instructed in video. one problem-tube holder missing from kit. contacted your customer service which resulted in several additional e-mails. part could have been replaced by you as it was in stock, but your procedures were to credit me and get me to reorder etc. Your procedures and resulting additional e-mails were totally unnecessary;however, everything resolved and I will certainly be using your company again as other situations arise and I have found you to be very reliable.

Unscrewed phillips screw, at the top of the rack, replaced the spray arm, and screwed it back on. About 5 minutes time.

The real challenge was the door that was locked closed. I called a repair tech who told me not to unscrew anything on the outside of the door. I just had to get up under the door handle opening, work the broken handle out of the way with a flat tool like a putty knife (I had to use a flat wood chisel because my putty knife was too short) then push up on the door lock release. It took some doing and a couple of short sessions before I figured it out. In the end, the door popped open. Be sure to stick something in the strike plate on the dishwasher side to prevent the door from slamming shut again. Just had to unscrew the 4 T15 Torx screws along the top of the inside of the door and work the Touchpad and Control Panel loose. In the end, while the handle was broken, so was one of the two door handle mounting pins on the Touchpad and Control Panel. I couldn't repair that and had to buy a new Touchpad/Control Panel for a lot more money. It was already off so installing the new one was a piece of cake!
