The original rinse cap fell of and was damaged by heat
We couldn't find the model # on the web site and took a chance ordering the rinse cap for other models of that brand. When it arrived within a few days,it was simply a matter of pushing the new rinse cap into position. The replacement was of higher quality than the original. Although the price seemed a little high, it enabled me to use a rinse again. We are very pleased.

Ice maker fill tube broken
The repair I performed was so simple it doesn't merrit mentioning. What I was really impressed with is finding a source this easy and user friendly (even though they didn't have the dishwasher soap dispenser I needed). The parts were easy to find on your site and because of your simple methods of finding and describing your parts I was able to buy a markedly better filter at a cheaper price than my usual source. They may have the same part but because they are oriented to showing you only the specific part you request rather than showing you all options, like your site, I wound never have known that filter existed. Thank you for a good resource.

The top rack spray arm disintergrated, along with the rinse aid dispenser cap, and other plastic rack pieces.
I left the repairs in my husbands capable hands and walked away. I now have a "new" dishwasher. Thank you for having what was needed.

Divider un-usable
A divider set of prongs for glasses became brittle rather quickly and broke. At that time the repair pieces were not available at Maytag or PartsSelect. Checking later they were, so I ordered them . They came within two weeks and Installation was simple.

Replace worn out parts
I removed the old spray arm and supply tube using a pair of pliers. Next I installed the new items in the reverse order. The final step was to align the supply tube with the water outlet in the back of the dishwasher. The bracket that came with the spray arm was east to install and aligned the parts perfectly. All in all a very easy and satisfying repair....
