I followed the easy directions online - using a screwdriver and hammer, I smacked the base plate of the coupling and it unscrewed easily. I had tried to be gentle first - I didn't want to do damage! I lightly screwed the replacement coupler on and began using the machine... just like it used to be!! Very easy... just follow the online directions!

Anyway, I followed the instructions you gave and the repair was quite simple. My wife is elated that the blender was saved. The quick response from you made the experience a great one.

First of all, my husband thought for sure we would need to buy a new appliance. I was sure that because it was a good brand it should last so I looked online. How great to be able to order the part and get it so quickly! The only hard part was getting the old one off. We watched the video on the site and finally got it off and the new was a cinch to put on! Thank you for saving us lots of $ and allowing us to continue to use a very nice appliance!!

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERED PART 3 pm THURSDAY, ARRIVED 10 am FRIDAY THE NEXT DAY, AND WE LIVE IN A SMALL MARKET. Will use this supplier again, quicker delivery and lower shipping/handling costs.
