All the teeth had broken off of the drive coupling
I consulted some of the directions that you already had on line. They were very useful. Just used a very thin wrench to hold the shaft still (and keep the motor from turning) while I unscrewed the LEFT HANDED drive coupling (important info from online instructions).
Once the damaged part was off, it was very easy to screw the replacement part right on.

All the teeth broke off the coupling.
I was told to go to the original company for repair by local small appliance dealers. So I looked it up and easily found the part and a video and other's comments. I am a 67 YO woman with week hands. I started working on it, both trying to unscrew the old coupling, and prying it off with a screw driver. When my husband came home I told him I need his strength and showed him what to do and it was off in a few minutes and new one replaced. Thanks for the easy instructions.

I did not follow the instructions had I the shaft could have been bent or the threads stripped so I used a 9/32 ignition wrench to hold the shaft while I unscrewed the coupling turning clockwise. Then I reversed the proceidure and hand tightend the coupling
