Water leaking from bottom of washer
I tilt the washer on it back so i could get to water pump. Then using a pliers i squeezed the camps holding the hose going to the pump and pull off the hoses. Then i unhook the clips holding the pump and the pump came right off. I put the new pump on, basically the same way the old pump came off. The washer is now working perfectly.

Washer was not spinning clothes on 1st spin
After researching possible failure modes and reviewing a video for teardown/access from the control panel and access top down I noticed a lot of 'break dust' on top of the transmission. Shorting out the lid switch and putting my little finger on the drum, it would not spin but the clutch was spinning fine. I ordered a new clutch... Interesting thing when I was taking the clutch out... the gear it was attached to slid right off! After figuring out it was too big to go 'back' into the transmission and reviewing the parts explosion diagram... it BELONGED INSIDE THE TRANSMISSION! So I took the transmission cover off, poured out out the black-ish oil with metal filings in it, put the gear inside, filled it back up with 10W30, put the lid on, added the new clutch while it was apart and finished reassembly. Wow! It spins much better than when it was new. I guess never assume what can happen on an assembly line. Thanks for the great site.

Water inlet valve failed.
The training video you supplied was right on. I watched it twice to make sure I understood the procedure. I followed the steps outlined in the video and encountered no surprises. The replacement valve was a perfect match and functioned perfectly after installation. I checked other sources for the price of the replacement part. Your price was more than competative. Thank you for a fine service.

will not spin
one thing that you do not need to do is to remove the pump from the motor, I tried to remove it as per the instructions but the pump cracked, remove both inlet and outlet hoses from the pump and remove the pump and motor together, don't try to take them apart, you don't need to, thanks

Washing Machine stopped spinning and agitating, clicking/hum noise when lid closed.
Did not know problem or how to access - thought the back came off washer. Typed in symptoms and it pretty much pinpointed the most likely cause. Watched video on how to take it apart (BTW the front and sides come off, NOT the back). Followed the guide, took motor off and sure enough one of the plastic couplers was cracked. Ordered from PartSelect and with regular shipping the cost was under $20 (ordered Tues. night, had it by Thurs.) Installed part - note as someone else said the new piece has metal inserts which make it really snug to go around the drive shaft, but the tip about using an oversized socket and some light taps to get it on worked liked a charm. Put it all back together (getting case back on was toughest part)and its been working fine for the last week - heavy & lite loads. Have to say was thinking the whole thing needed to be replaced (sound & age) but for $20 it was worth the shot...Glad i came here first!

washer wasn't spinning
It was actually much easier than I expected. The worst part was dealing with the gear oil as I drained it to clean out the plastic pieces that came off the gear. To see how to fix things like this, I went to Google, enter my model and what the problem was and watched a repairman do it. It seemed easy and it was.

No spin or agitation, does fill & drain.
Never worked on a washer before, so dug around the Internet. A web search engine pulled up a description describing a coupler failure/repair, so was pretty sure it would be a simple/cheap fix. When looking for parts I came across PartSelect, and there the repair descriptions and videos made it simple.

Clutch Replacement
The clutch itself was fairly easy to repair. I did use some tips from youtube on disassambly, and the enclosed instructions helped to put the clutch in. There were 3 bolts I had to remove to take the drive assembly off, and 1 to pull the agitator out. And putting it back together it went in almost backwards. All in all, this is a fairly simple procedure in taking the time to complete the steps
