Underneath Light On Microwave Would Not Come On.
My son=law did repair because I am elderly and it was necesary to remove the bottom plate of the microwave which I was unable to do. The microwave was installed in 1987 and I believe this was the first time to replace the bulbs. When my son removed them the bulb was diintergrated. That's how old they were. Once he was able to remove the underneath plate the repair was easy except for removing the old bulbs. I think that I could have done it myself but he was available and I am sure it was done much better. All in all the parts)bulbs) were correct and everything is workiin fine. This is a good place to order replacement parts. In fact I am going to order a new charcoal filter. He took the label off the old one and I am ordering the replacement. After all 1987 may have been a good year, but time for a new one. Mary

The handle of my microwave broke at the bottom end where it attaches to the door
Thanks to your website, the repair was very easy. The handle was attached by 2 screws- 1 on the inside of the door at the top outer edge and the other screw is under the white rubber that goes around the glass of the window. I pried the rubber out enough to get at the screw and once the new handle was in place the rubber snapped in very easily.
Thanks for the very quick service and reasonable price.

Microwave oven handle broke when the door was opened...
Took a while to get around to ordering the part, which was beginning to drive my wife crazy, so I ordered the part without saying a word. The handle arrived within two days and I had the part installed within 10 minutes of opening the package, it was really easy. So, I had to trick her into opening the oven and it completely surprised her that it was done so quickly without her knowing a thing about it. Great service, thanks!

Microwave handle broke...plastic cracked
I removed the screw at the top that was exposed, but I couldn't figure out how to get to the second screw that was obviously holding the bottom of the handle in place. After a few minutes, I discovered that a plastic grommet on the inside of the microwave door was removable and allowed me access to the second screw. Once it was removed, putting the new handle in place was easy!
