Handle that opens the dishwasher door broke off.
Both the handle and the screws that attach it to the dishwasher door had broken off. To replace the handle, unscrew all the screws holding the inside steel liner to the door. This takes a very small screwdriver or a screwdirver with a small star-shaped end. Do not pop the vent on the inside of the door. If you do, you will have to whack it hard to get it to seal again. With the screws broken off, you have to guess the replacement length. It worked with 1" #8. I think the thread count is 10/inch. Most of the time involved was finding the right tools, getting the right screws and replacing the vent, which I should not have removed in the first place.

a lower wheel assemby broke
I Googled parts for an Electrolux wheel and Parts Select came out with a picture that confirms the one that I need. The price of the item was very reasonable as compared to the official website of the manufacturer. I like what I saw and bougt 4pcs instead. I will recommend Part Select to my friends without hesitation.

upper dishrack had rusted and needed to be replaced
I found a short video on YouTube that showed me how easy it was to remove the old dishrack and install the new one. I would have never figured out how to get old diskrack out without watching short video clip. And, all I needed was my fingers to undo the end clips.

the right side folding shelf on the upper rack rusted through
I took the suggestion of a previous reviewer to bend the new part in. But instead of using pliers to remove the old part, I tried bending it to get it out. This was so that I could see how much force would be necessary to bend it without breaking it to get the new part in. I bent it in the middle and was able to get it unhooked from one side without too much force. To get the new piece in, first I made sure I had it lined up correctly. Then I inserted the circle over one of the side prongs to hold it and gently but firmly bent the piece in the middle until the circle on the other side could slip over the other prong. It was not bent enough to stay bent, just to compress it into the space and have it spring back to full length.

Age made the clips brittle and they broke
Snapped in the new ones in a skinny minute. Just make sure you leave the old ones in the dishwasher rack until the new ones come in it can be confusing if they are removed. My wife took them out so I had to figure out how they went back in but was not a big issue. I did have to swap ends to make it right but less than fifteen minutes and like new again.
