I had two problems with the dishwasher. The top basket was loose, but the main problem was a plastic part inside the bottom assembly. The part was backordered, so I re-ordered it through Sears. They said it would arrive in two days. Theirs came in two weeks, and their customer service was terrible.Your "backordered" part came in two days, even before it was supposed to come had the part not been back ordered. I am delighted with your customer service and your company. The illustrations on your website were excellent. They helped us not only to identify the part, but to diagnose the problem. This was my first purchase through your company and if I ever need parts again, there is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else. You have an excellent company, and great website! I bookmarked your page for future purchases.

I brought the rack to my computer and pulled up your diagram. It was relatively easy to follow the diagram to install the parts. They didn't need any tools, just snap them in place. Wife factor, very high, she can now use the dishwasher again.
Take old wheel off and snap on new wheel-very easy
The side that was broken, the wheels mounted to the tray itself not brakets so to keep cost down I had my wife buy parts to match otherside (two clip-on brakets, slide bar and wheels)and costom fit to the broken side which made the wheels to far from the slide-rail on the inside wall of the dishwasher so i spaced both side-rails out from the innerwalls withthe write size washers to make the slide-rails work,it will give us at least two to four more years of use unless someone falls on it again (I'm a 53 year old carpenter of thirty years and always have think ahead this time it worked, made my wife happy and saved my son money $$)
I simply snapped off the old pieces and snapped on the new ones...Couldn't have taken more than 5 minutes. AMAZING selection of parts...HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS WEBSITE!
Removed spray arm from bottom of dishwasher, Then three torx screws holding housing and filter screen together. Next the 5/16 screws csme out and I founf the broken pump impeller pieces. Took the 5/16 screw out of the broken impeller hub and pryed the broken hub off the shaft with two screwdrivers. Be careful not to break the housing when taking off the broken hub. (hardest part was getting the broken piece off). Also went deeper and replaced the drain pump impeller ( which was not broken) and the seal assembly. re assembled in reverse order. Repared a broken wheel on the top rack too. Unit works great. Thanks for the fast service and valuable info for the home repair person
It was very easy, I just took out top rack got the old mounting strip, which just pulled right out. At that point I put the Mounting Strip right in, which fit like a glove then popped the wheels back on ! I then put the rack back in and secured it and pushed the rack in and Voila! Done.
I watched the installation video and ordered the part. When it came I reviewed the video and did the repair. Really the only time I used the screwdriver was to get the old wheel off the back part of the unbroken section of the mounting strip so I could use it on the new mounting strip.
We followed the video instructions for removing the guide rail stops. That allowed us to pull out the top rack. We then followed the video instructions for removing the old mounting strip, put the new wheels on the new strip, and put the new strip in place. Then we re-installed the top rack and put the guide rail stops back. We ordered new rails stops just in case the old ones were brittle and broke when we removed them, but we didn't have any difficulties. Total cost - just the parts. Much more convenient and less expensive than requesting a non-warranty service call, waiting for someone to show up, and then paying the price for the call and the marked-up parts.
It was so easy! No tools needed, just pop out and replace exactly like you took it apart!
Removed endcap on rack, took out old part, had to glue together the support in the middle of the roller because the part that came was different than what was original.I did not order the proper screw or something, because there was nothing online showing exact roller with the correct female screw receptacle. Also, screw ordered was like old one, but did not work in roller assembly that came. Not sure if glue will hold up long under heat of dishwasher.
Snapped into place after about 5 minutes of study. Easy!
replaced strip bar and wheel...saved the price of a complete upper rack
removed old rail replaced wheels and was good to go
Received the parts, installed, and now works fine. fFast service, great price.
