Freezer kept "icing up" because flapper door would not close.
Video and instructions were very thorough, but on my paticular freezer, the inside door shelves had to be removed (30 screws) to get to the face place to release the door controls. Newer models can be accessed from the front. After removing front cover, repairs were very simple. Found that the solenoid was "rusted" and would not function. Easy replacement. Order new flapper, but was not needed (have a spare now...haha). When putting back together, the door did not seal at top...had to adjust how I tightened screws (pattern - top to bottom) to keep door from "warping". Did not think that the small amount of torque on the screws could "warp" a door so easily. After re-torqueing the screws, moved the top hinge just a little and door again sealed correctly. Will keep this site "bookmarked" for all my future appliance needs. Never had customer service so thorough. Amazing that I order about 5:00 pm on a Thursday and parts were at my door just after lunch on Friday...amazing service. Thanks for the instructions, video and CS.

Ice would not come out of the slot
There were pieces of plastic in the tray so figured it had to be the dispenser crusher. Removed it from the ice maker using two knives which was the hard part. Ordered the dispenser crusher which was not the part I needed. Then ordered the dispenser crusher cover. Putting it back together was easy after watching the video online. All you need is a Phillips head screwdriver. if you do this repair do not remove the auger from the dispenser crusher. Remove them together.

Frig/Freezer too warm
Dissemble freezer compartment to get at the back wall. Remove back plate,Ice maker, air duct, and orifice. Replace defrost heater. Thaw out evaporator with soft torch. Replace orifice and duct. Reassemble. Word of caution, I have 35 years commercial refrigeration experience, if you use a torch, be careful not to over heat, a hair dryer will be better for the DIYer although not as fast.

Fridge and Freezer too warm
I noticed that the fridge was getting too warm and that the freezer side was starting to get frost build up on the back wall. I figured I would replace the heater and heater thermostat just to be safe. I had to remove the 2 back screws and panel to reveal the evaporator coils. They were a solid block of ice so i had to use a hair dryer to melt all the ice off the coils. Install was a snap after that. Make sure you have a couple of small wire nuts since you have to cut the wires to the thermostat to wire on the new one. One week later and so far, so good. If I didn't have to take the time to defrost the coils, the install would have been under 30 minutes easy.

The Ice ejector flap was hanging
The ice maker was frosting up and the flap was sticking open. Only one negative comment! The Parts Diagram did not show how to remove the exterior trim plate to get to the parts. Once I figured that out, it was an easy installation and the ice maker ejects the ice properly and the flap closes properly. I could do the install in 20 minutes next time. Thanks for your help. Poor water and ice taste, filter a few years old.
Very simple, I followed instructions sent with the filter. Twisted old filter clockwise 1/4 turn to remove. Filled new filter with water, lined up arrow on filter to arrow on refrigerator, and then turned 1/4 turn counterclockwise. Filter raised and seated itself. Wiped few drops of water from refrigerator shelf.
