Pump and motor went out.
We ordered our motor and pump assembly. When it arrived we followed the instructions that came with it. We had no problem with the instructions. We found it to be really easy. I was very happy since this happened 4 days before Thanksgiving. Thanks for the easy instructions, my husband got my dishwasher repaired in plenty of time for our Thanksgiving family get together.
Once realized needed to open the wheel rail a little to remove wheel stop, it wasn't too difficult. Took about 20 minutes. Part came in a couple of days and was the correct part. Was disappointed that a similiar part, looked the same on the web site costing about $54.00 plus shipping, ended up costing about $100.00. Contacted customer service, said I needed to contact the factory. Seems like they should have researched the problem, Andy Duer
Had to pull the dishwasher from under the counter to access the water inlet valve. Disconnected the hoses from the inlet assembly. Removed the inlet assembly from the dishwasher frame. Installed the new assembly and reconnected the hoses. Plugged the dishwasher in, selected a cycle to run to check for leaks.
Took out the old one and put in the new one! Note the delivery time was great! The part was ordered one day and delivered the next! Thank You Ed Andrews
My wife had been washing dishes in the sink for a while but after Thanksgiving we loaded up the dishwasher . It wasnt making the usual noises and we realized that it wouldn't drain any water.
We ordered the pump kit by model number and it was a perfect match.(It was on our door step in 2 days with normal shipping!) Three bolts and a couple of electrical connections later and the pump was off The install was just as easy. The instructions were very easy to follow. It's great to find a company these days that knows what it is doing and does exactly what it says it will do. Kudos and thanks!
The dishwasher was in a rental so I didn't want to spend the money for a new one. The part was expensive compared to a new (cheap) dishwasher. The order was shipped promptly and arrived when I expected even though it was Christmas time. The part fit perfectly and everything is back in place.
Plumber had suggested trying a new gasket rather than replace the dishwasher. Ordered one and installed it. Cleaned door and installed gasket in about 30 minutes. So far it works great .... and ... cheaper than new dishwasher.
I shut off water and pulled dish washer out removed all water. Turned waasher upside down. Removed sump housing screws and unscrewed pc fitting ,replaced new parts. Make sure things are tight before turning on water.
I removed screws holding the rollers to the side of the dishwasher. I pried the end caps from the slide. I removed the broken part from the upper rack. I then replaced the broken rack roller, inserted into the slide and screwed the rollers which hold the slide into the sides of the dishwasher.
