Broken door handle to my washer
After being totally frustrated at having received from the manufacturer the wrong part, we got PartSelect's name from the internet. Since the problem with the manufacturer was that my washer is missing the last 3 numbers of the Serial I.D., we were elated at looking at the right part in PartSelect's website. We ordered it, got confirmation that it had been put in the mail and within 3 days it was in our mailbox. All of the necessary instructions, as well as the necessary screws, etc. were in the package and in less than 15 minutes my husband had the part installed and working like a charm. Couldn't be happier and more satisfied with such excelelnt and efficient service.

The plastic handle from the door broke.
I unscrewed the old handle, ordered a new part. It arrived promptly. I screwed the new handle onto the door witht he same screws. Voila! I do wish I had been able to figure out how to order a replacement knob for the drier at the same time and ship them together, but oh well.
