The entire project was extremely simple with the help of your excellent repair videos. Parts sent with dispatch and with the video, had the repair accomplished within 20 minutes. Removed door, removed old hinge and the defective door cam, installed new hinge and cam, replaced door, job done. Nothing like having a company like yours as backup when problems arise. Don't know why they broke in the first place but I suspect that the door was closed with the draw not fully closed. Very simple repair involving 4 Philips head screws (not included) Parts clearly marked left and right. Wise to leave broken ones in position for orientation reference before beginning. A digital photo works wonders as well.

remover the control cover in the refrigerator compartment prided of the four prong defrost time and replaced, defrosted the solid ice on the freezer compartment with a blow drier, turned on the cooling timer to coolest level it started in a few seconds and has worked like new for the last three days.

Pulled the part off, got the part number and ordered it, part was here in 2 days, put the door stop on with 2 screws in 5 minutes, My wife is now happy !!!!

After receiving the part (quickly) my son-in-law replaced the old one without any trouble. Thanks very much

Watched à video provided at your website. Removed te cover then removed 4 screws holding the control panel' snapped out the old flap and inserted the new one.

I removed the front of the unit assembly and removed the entire auger unit and drive assembly. I married the old drive cup and new drive cup back to back using vise grip pliers, drilled 4 3mm holes, installed 4 phillips head stainless steel screws and, using an emory wheel, ground off the exposed screw ends. I then re-installed the drive assembly and auger unit. This increased the length of the drive cup allowing the drive to fit without any slippage. The entire cost was less than $18.00 including shipping and screws and took about 1 hour. It works great.

-empty door of food - remove top hinge-open door and lift upward-remove lower hinge assembly-add new part to lower hinge assembly- put door back on lower hinge pivot- close door line up door parallel with other door- replace upper hinge

Watched the video that showed how to disassemble the ice maker. Then went right in and replaced the part and turned it on. It immediately started filling up the ice tray. I still have not been able to find out why it does not make as fast as the original ice maker. The tempeature for the freezer is set pretty cold.

Followed instructions on Installation Video and had no problems completing the installation. This from a 63 year old women!

Followed the video directions. Spent about 5 minutes and I was done. Very easy to do. Problem with frost is gone. The video makes it easy to remove the plastic parts without any damage.
