I found the source of the leak, which was a worn rubber piece that had come apart. I ordered a new piece from your company, and when it arrived, I slipped it into a channel at the bottom of the door. It WORKED! No more leak. the part you sent worked perfectly.

Excellent instructional video, easiest repair ever! Took the old parts out, slid the new ones in, done in a few minutes, no more leak. Troubleshooting video right on the money. Best parts site yet!

I was thinking we would have to purchase a brand new dish washer, however i searched the internet and found your site. Your site gave instructions as to where to find the model number and for a very reasonable price i located the appropriate washer arm replacement piece. Simply snap in the new piece and the washer worked great! Thanks for your great instruction and visual aids!

power off, take off kickplate, unplug 2 wires and unscrew broken nuts, put new nuts on, plug wires back in,(run dishwasher one cycle to make sure no leaks) put kickplate back on, power on.

After I discovered the upper spray arm was not a three piece part that snapped together, it was replaced by a single piece arm that simply screwed into place. Repair time-3 minutes

Unscrewed broken upper spray arm from dish washer and replaced it with new upper spray arm.

Replaced the fill valve. Turns out that there is a very fine screen in the inlet that was almost totally clogged. Replacing the fill valve fixed the problem, and now the dishwasher works better than ever. Plus, I cleaned the screen, I had to disassemble the valve to do it, and now have a spare part.

Out with old and in with the new thanks to you great folks and the items you have available for home repair. Thank you and will surely do business again when needed.

The old spray arm fell off because something happened to the inside clip which held it together. I ordered a new spray arm assembly. All I did was screw it on in place. Took me less than 1 min. Very easy anyone can do it. I'm a 64 year old woman and this was a piece of cake for me!
