I removed the front cover by first detaching the door which allowed me to pivot the front cover off the locating legs at the bottom of the dryer. It was then easy access to the igniter assembly which you simply unplug & remove attached to the tube which channels the flame from the burner assembly to the rear of the dryer. Unbolt old one, install new one, reassemble. The one extremely important factor in this repair, other than first unplugging the dryer, is be aware the igniter assembly is very fragile, so use great caution to not drop it or hit it against any other object while installing.
