Microwave ran but didn't heat
Opened up back, saw a part that was burnt, so looked it up, on the website, ordered it, removed it with 2 screws then installed new one, I cleaned up the connector and put it back together. It's been working for a week now. Easy fix!

The problem started a while back table turns sometime heats and sometime does not. Now after a couple of weeks the table turns but no heat. What could it be?

Hello William, Thank you for the question. We suggest testing the High Voltage Diode. Connect the red probe of the multimeter to the anode and black probe to the cathode. This means the diode is forward-biased. Observe the reading on multimeter's display. If the displayed voltage value is in between 0.6 to 0.7 (for a Silicon Diode), then the diode is healthy and perfect. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week.
