The main tray holding the vegetable bins had broken and prevented the bins from operating smoothly
Removed all food and slid the broken shelf tray. I replaced the right side tray support and installed the new tray. I also had to replace the front of one of the bins, as the shelf was binding the bin and the front handle had broken due to amount of force needed to open that bin. Once the tray was in properly, the bins worked normally.

My shelf supports broke
I pulled out the old pieces and poped what I couldn't into the foam insulation behind the support. Then I placed the new piece in the hole and popped the plastic pin to seat the support. bang. the only problem I had was knowing if it was the right part by the picture. The little pin that had to be pushed through kinda threw me.

The cover storage pan broke, so I needed to replace it.
I removed the drawer, removed the cover and replaced with the new one. One of the cover support has a small crack and thus i ordered two with the intention of removing them. As they still can support the weight of the drawer I did not remove them. I looked at other companies for this part throgh the internet but your drawing is very clear and it was real easy to select the part. The person with whom I talked was very helpful .

The original support was broken, tried epoxy and it only held for a few months before breaking again
All I had to do was remove the original support that was on the inside wall of the refrigerator, which I had to use pliers since there were broken pieces, and then I just snapped the new one into the three holes provided for this support. The crisper drawer works fine now. It literally only took about 1 minute.

Broken plastic pieces
Removed the old support bar which was broken, stuck the new one in, and adjusted the height. Fit perfectly. The crisper draw cover supports were stuck in the frame. I used a screw driver to pry them loose. The new ones fit in perfectly, and voila - a perfect fit. Refrigerator door shelf bin snapped into place with no problem. Very satisfied with the time to receive parts, time to do repair, and final outcome. Would definitely order from you again.
