Hi.. the louvre I need is almost just like this it's 10 and 1/4 inches long and the flaps?? Are 2 and 1/ 4 inches.. I've ordered the smaller size by accident but have received nothing but an automated response.. I don't have the exact model number because this is in an apartment and the ac heat unit is mounted to where it can't be seen on the sides.. it is a fridgidaire ac heat pump.. thank you so much I really need to replace this part
