I just bought a new shield light lower. My old one melted because it's been resting on the bulb itself. It seems i need another part to attach this that's missing?? please identify how i can attach this shield correctly
For model number GSL25JFTFBS
Hi Jennifer,
Thank you for your question. There is a wire tie that helps attach this part into place. I have linked that part down below for you. Good luck with your repair.
I changed temp sen. A few years ago. Now freezer is working fine but the fridge is feeling a little warm especially top shelf where the inlet flap from freezer is. Do you think I should change both ff sen. And temp sen. Again.
For model number GSH25JFXBBB
Hi Tim, Thank you for the question. I would first make sure the inlet/damper is opening properly and allowing the cold air through. If the damper is working properly and the freezer is working, I suggest replacing the sensor in the Fresh Food Section.Hope this helps!
