Washing machine wasn't making proper temp, no cold on rinse cycle
Disconnect power, remove the three screws above the control panel, pull control panel from top toward you(it will hinge downwards) unplug wire harness from old ATC box, pull section knob off old ATC box front shaft, depress small tab on side of old ATC box and rotate box a quarter turn to free box. Install new ATC box, at a quarter turn

Read moretill it snaps in place, replace selection knob ( make sure flat end of knob is lined up to flat end of ATC shaft), plug back in wire harness, push control panel back up, re install the three screws, turn power back on. Notes: Part numbers may differ from original, as long is the part looks the same it should work. This is the only circuit board component in my machine, and the only part to fail thus far.

I get hot water when I choose warm or cold. I switched the hoses and get hot water when choosing cold or warm, but i get cold when I choose hot

Hi Ed, thank you for contacting us. We have researched the model and would suggest checking the temperature control switch, part number PS12074684. It controls the incoming water temperature. We hope this helps, good luck with the repair!

I get hot water when i select cold on a tempreature switch and with the rinse cycle i got hot water instead of cold water, i changed the connections of water hoses ( cold hose to hot water tap & hot water hose to a cold water tap ) and still have the same problem ( i get hot water when i select cold on the tempreature switch and also with rinse cycle) what could be the problem (which part should be replaced )

I have a problem with the washing machine when i put the temperature switch on cold water i get hot water and when the cycle in rinse i get hot water in stead of cold water. That means i need to replace the temperature switch?

Hello Ali, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to replace either the Water Inlet Valve part PS11742193, the Water Temperature Switch part PS12074684, or the Timer part PS11748397. We hope this helps.
