Water dispenser flow was slow or nonexistent
I turned the water off to the frig. Disconnected the two waterlines to the filter head. Removed the water filter from the head. Removed the filter head cover which exposed the two screws holding the head in place. I removed the head and then reversed the procedure to install the new filter head.

Water dispenser is not working but Ice maker is.
I followed instructions from a video. I pulled off the front panel, then the circuit board unit. Next I removed the Solenoid Assembly and installed the new one. I replaced everything and tested the water dispenser with no success. I assume the solenoid assembly was ok so therefore I need to get the circuit board tested.

NOT that easy getting to Door Ice Dispenser Flap Spring
We watched video, had new flap spring ready and collected tools for job. The Suggested putty knife to remove plastic frame on door did NOT work; Video was Wrong for our Model refrig - There are NO tabs inserted into refrig door, the Frame is fastened by hex screws from the inside the door/ ice troth, which would have entailed us to remove inside rubber door seal, plastic liner, insulation and who knows what else ? maybe wiring. We choose to gently pry off and break the screwed inset channels...... After removing the frame it became EASY, just followed the video details, taking selector facing off, unhooking the wiring, unscrewing wiring panel and removing the flap..... We inspected the solenoid for rust, cleaned it off then installed the new spring on flap lever. Easy Put everything back in place and covered the frame area with metal tape till a new frame arrives.

Flapper in door for ice dispenser would not close.
I repaired IAW the PartSelect video. Very easy. One thing that should be mentioned in the troubleshooting process, is to check the retention spring on the flapper. That spring could come off and also cause the flapper not to close.

Ice maker door was not closing. Snow piled up enough to fall when door was opened.
Turned power off at breaker. Took off front panel on the door. Unscrewed the panel where the electrical parts were plugged in. Then you could unscrew the old solenoid assembly and install the new one. Cleaned around the Ice shute since some mold was there. Put all back together. We watched the video from you tube about 5 times!!

Refrigerator not cold enough
The repair is a snap, you can watch the video and it will put you on the right path. My story is more about the service that Part Select gave me. I used a small box fan on low as a temporary fix. My model number was worn off from the box wine we store in that particular place. So I ordered the part based on looks, well it was wrong. Called Part Select and we talked, the nice lady on the other end said OH it must be this fan motor. Send us back that one, and I'll get this out too you. I'll credit your account for $7.99, and it cost me $8.99 to ship back the wrong part. Wow, the next day I received the new motor. They sent it overnight! I thought it would be 5-6 days! Unbelievable. I will use this company for any, and all my repairs.

Water would not shut off but ice would make ice.
I removed the front panel from water dispensor placing a very small screwdriver in the three small holes under the panel. It came free and then I was able to get to the solenoid and switch easily. However, my problem was not solved. It turned out to be the secondary water valve in the back of the unit, which is also an easy repair. The problem with repairs like this is you don't know if you're buying the right part until after you have installed it. Returning the parts are easy except for electrical parts which they won't take back once unstalled. All the parts were delivered the next day, although it said 3 to 5 business days.
