Agitator spinning, not churning.
watched the parts select video showing how it was done. from there it was a simple process. popped off the fabric softener cap, and the seal cap. then used the socket wrench to unscrew the bolt. took off the cog holder, and turned upside down. The video was great, because it perfectly explained how to position the Agitator Directional Cogs (dogs)when replacing. the ridge went face down into the slot. Put the holder back in, replaced the bolt, cap, etc. and it as finished. Again, this is an easy fix, and the video perfectly explained the process.

Cogs were stripped
Popped the top of the Agitator off by hand, removed the softener cap protecting the Retaining nut by hand and used a 3/8 in socket driver with an extension and a 7/16 in socket to remove the retaining nut. Pulled top of Agitator off shaft, flipped it over and removed the Dog Ear housing. Removed retaining ring, removed and replaced Dog Ears (Cogs) and reassembled...less than 15 minute fix!

Agitator wouldn't turn.
This was an easy repair. I used a 7/16th socket on a 8 inch extension to reach the agitator bolt. After removing the bolt, I pulled off the top half of the agitator, leaving the bottom half intact and attached to the washer. After that it was a simple replacement of the agitator directional clutch dogs and then putting the top half of the agitator back in place and tightening the bolt.

Dryer door would not close and latch on both catches w/o pushing them shut individually.
Our make/model was not on the online instruction, but it was similar. Ours had a glass (plastic)front window in the door. To remove the top catch you had to take out the top four screws that hold the door together (philips head screws) allowing you to pull back the gray plastic strip to access the top latch, then replace it like in the online directions using a needle nose pliers. The bottom catch, once the two remaining the screws were out gives you access to the bottom catch. Remove it with the pliers and snap the new ones into place. You can completely take out the window when you replace the bottom latch if you want.

Dryer would not heat
Removed back of dryer and slanted portion of front. Unplugged unit. (Very important). Removed the sheet metal around the heating element, and duct holding the lint filter. Removing these sheet metal coverings and duct work gives access to additional sensors that otherwise would be nearly impossible to diagnose without their removal. The last sensor I checked was designed to be Normally Closed but was Open. Two screws hold the Thermal Limiter in place. Remove these two screws after removing the two wires attached to the the sensor. Reverse the process to install. After the new part was installed the dryer heated and works as designed. Returned dryer to service. Best of all, the little women is satisfied that her dryer is working again.

Worn, leaking drain hose
It was a no-brainer repair. We removed the worn hose and replaced it with the new one. Only variable was that the new clamp was too big for our fitting, so we used the old one. The clamp was the only mechanical thing we did. The best part was the very prompt delivery of the new part and the help finding it from the rep at the company.
