Dasher stopped agitating clothes during wash cycle
First I removed the dasher by placing rope around the fins of the dasher. Wrapped the rope around a 2 x 4 approximately the width of the washer. Standing on the washer I pulled up on the board and presto. Up came the dasher, removed the bolt out of the bell, removed the bell. New part came in the next day after the order was placed! Great service. To install the new bell, used the new bolt sent with the part. Centered and aligned the dasher on the bell. Pushed down and locked in place. Turned on washer and started filling with water. Washed clothes within 15 minutes from start to finish.

The Hose had a leak
I took the two screws out that was holding the bracket and hose in place. I then pulled the hose out and then had a little bit of a hard time taking off the bracket (it was plastic and felt if I bent it to hard it would break) wiggling it down to the end of the hose. Re inserted the hose attached bracket, and I was done.
It would have cost me a lot more then $20.00 to have a repair man come in and fix it.
Love the service, delivered in two days.
Will use them again.

MAchine would not pump out completely leaving very wet, soapy clothes.
Pulled off front cover of machine. Unplugged unit. Used a channel lock (water pump pliers) to squeeze the hose clamp on the suction hose. Pulled hose off of pump suction. Did same for discharge hose. Some standing water came out onto floor of unit. Unscrewed 2 screws from base using nut driver. Pulled the 2 wires off of the stabs of pump. Re-installed new pump in reverse order. Unit back on line in 15 minutes, and works fine.

Fabric softener broken/agitator had one clip broken, too
Was easy to remove the broken parts because they were loose already due to the broken finger in the agitator. It was good that I ordered the coupling kit because the bolt showed corrosion already. With the new parts I was able to see how they all clipped on together so I set myself to unbolted the coupling, install the new coupling, tighten it, alined the agitator to it, pushed into place and,... vuahla!!! fitted and worked like a charm.

Washer pump would not turn
DISCONNECT POWER----1.- No pump sound when energized but I know it energized as the coil became a magnet. 2.- You need a drain pan to catch the water from the lower tub when the drain hose is disconnected from the pump. 3.- Water pump or channel lock pliers needed to remove the spring clamps on inlet and outlet from pump. 4.- Remove the 2 hold down bolts and the plug in power connection and the pump comes out very easily. 5.- On my pump I found a plastic tie wrap lodged in the pump impeller vanes-- this caused the pump either not to work at all or cause a cavitation effect caused the water in the tub not to drain completely. 6.- Since I had already purchased the new pump I installed the new pump and cleaned the old one to keep as a spare-- probably never going to need it though.7.- On the large diameter drain hose ( pump inlet ) I decided to use a auto hose clamp instead of the original spring clamp because the area to work on this pump is very cramped and getting the original spring clamp back on was very difficult. The hose clamp made it very easy and the seal was just fine. 8.- The new pump functions perfectly- PARTS SELECT delivered a quality OEM product and I am extremely satisfied with their normal delivery which was 2 days because the warehouse was only 150 miles from me.

Installation of fabric softener dispenser
My washer didn't come with a fabric softener dispenser. I found one on your website and purchased (the part arrived in two days). I popped the top off the agitator, lined up the notches on the fabric softener dispenser with the inside notches on the agitator and pressed down. Voila! Less than 5 minutes, no tools needed.

No shake, but plenty of rattle.
We bought this used Hotpoint that was probably one of the original machine created back in the stone-age, it's so old. We've had it 10 months, and it's always had this... burnt rubber stink to it... then one day, it stopped agitating and sounded like a metal bucket of bolts being shaken. We're on a military income with five kids, and the idea of buying a new washer was just... heartbreaking. On a whim, having fixed a washer once before, we opened the front up and painstakingly pulled every last rubber fiber from what used to be the belt. Ordered the part. It shipped quick, arrived quick, and in under a week we were back in business. Someone else had mentioned the needing 1/4" socket, and I was glad I remembered that, because it made is SO much easier.

Washing machine overflowed when daughter used it
I work in hvac, I more or less understand the older electro mechanical non electronic machines so I gave diagnosis a stab. I already knew that the water level switch could cause problems. I noted that the hot and cold water fill valve solenoids DID shut off tightly. While testing, I tried blowing and sucking on switch hose port and listened for a clear click; no click. At this point you replace the switch just to be sure. I blew out on outlet side of vinyl tubing going into water in tub. Used model and serial number to locate part on website. I physically removed water level switch (you twist it off by gently prying under a tab and turning 90 degrees) or else remove switch with short mini philips. I very carefully compared the removed switch visually to the very good multiple multi position photos on website. That showed me that the switches looked the same. So when I orderred the part I was 98% sure it was right. The part arrived and was correct. I installed it in 5 minutes, tested it with different levels. Machine repaired! Recorded part number in computer notes.

After a wash cycle, water kept dripping into the tub
After figuring out to use a very small flathead screwdriver to get out the "star" screws holding on the front panel, since I don't have the proper tool for this, it was easy! Just disconnected hose lines from back of washer, unplugged the old valve, removed the screws holding it in. I disconnected the small water line that was connected to valve. I put in the new valve, reconnected everything, put panels back on, and it worked like new again.
