Left Support Rail broke
Most of my time was spent removing food items from the shelf that supported the rails. Once that was done, a quick removal of the screw, replace the left support rail and re-installing the screw. Done. I wish all of my repairs were so easy!
Door sagging, creating a gap to let in condensation
You tube is my best friend for DIY repair. I supported the door with wood blocks, removed the bottom bracket and was able to slide the refrigerator door down and out without removing the freezer door. Replaced both hinge bearings and door stop and washer on bottom hinge and slid the door back into place. Door is very light when empty. Fast and easy, door opens and closes smoothly and no problem with condensation anymore.
Accidently dropped the crisper drawer and it broke on the left front corner.
We received the crisper drawer in magnificent time and unpacked it and washed it and dryed it, and just slid it into the refrigerator. Thank you for your very prompt service.!!!!!!!
A little difficult getting out due to restricted space, I took off the fan blade, that gave extra working room. Then it went well going back together, and it all worked as advertised. Thanks. p
Watched the video on youtube ..But looking at handle simple. Put screw in face of door that holds bottom ( slotted on inside of handle) handle base slides on. Pull handle and slight push into position top of door then set two screws and tighten. Done!Thank you for great parts and quick response ! Mike C
I remove the old fan by pushing it off the spindle toward the evaporator and put the new one on by holding it on the right side and guiding it on the spindle from the left side, very easy task
Looked up similar problems and found it to be the defrost timer. All I had to do was remove the plastic portion in the fridge section to get to the old timer. Popped the new one in and put it back together. Works great now. Would have been almost $150 to have a repair company come out and fix it.
I had to cut a little of of the ends of the shelf to make it fit. I used an angle grinder to get the job done and the shelf fits perfectly. By the way I paid for 3-5 day shipping and got it the very next day can't ask for better service than that.
