The freezer door shelf retainer had snapped and broke at the plastic ends.
I ordered the plastic end pieces and the metal strap they connect to as outlined by the PartSelect website.... The metal strap they sent was too long and I couldn't cut it to fit. I did realize, however that there was nothing wrong with that part so I attached the end pieces to the old middle piece and it worked out just fine. I now have an extra part that I didn't need after all though.

Support rail for meat drawer broke (again).
Took out the shelf, removed the rest of the broken rail, replaced it. Piece of cake. (Note: The meat drawer support rails on this otherwise good refrigerator are very flimsy and break with some regularity even when the meat drawer isn't heavily filled. A good idea to keep spare support rails at home.)
