Leaking dishwasher
I was ready to just buy a new dishwasher, I was sure that this leaking (flooding) was serious and I didn't want to pay a repairman big $$ to tell me I needed a new machine...So, I found this website and the "Instant repairman" suggested these parts and I saw reviews from other customers who did it, and I decided it was worth a try well anyway the repair was so simple and for one part there was even a video...The machine does not leak anymore and I am thrilled. For the Bottom Gasket just watch the video and the Tub gasket I only needed a screwdriver and siscors...just pull the old one out and put the new one in starting on one side and pushing in to the gap as you go, trim the other end as needed.

Lower Arm was damaged
Removed arm, searched Internet for matching replacement parts. (had owners manual for part description and part number) Found a like replacement part at partselect.com but picture did not match part or diagram of part. Called partselect.com and spoke with a rep. who researched the difference and told me it was a redesign of the original. Ordered it and snapped it into place. Tested and worked great.

Dishwasher would not drain
Purchased new drain pump thinking that was the issue. When I was installing I noticed the drain hose was clogged. Since the way out cabinets were installed by the previous owner getting the dishwasher out is a little more complex so installed the drain pump and drain hose just to make sure. Runs like new!

My existing white racks were pitted and rusted thru
This was the easiest repair ever! We simply opened the box and slid in the lower rack. There were other part replacement websites that didnt include the wheels for the lower rack, but my PartSelect purchase did!! As for the upper rack... it took about a minute to pop open the rail locks and slide in the new rack. Its that easy! Thank you!
