Watched the video and things went exactly as planned. Love this website will use them again when I need a repair.

had to recalibrate temp control degrees

Took off front door (2)took off two scews holding the element....(3)pulled the element out a couple of inchs....(4)pulled clips off element on both sides....(5)then reversed procedure with new element....Easy as pie.

It's easier with two people.
1 - Turn the breaker for the range to OFF
2 - Verify power is off by testing the burners and lights
3 - Remove front two screws above oven door jamb
4 - Lift the top and prop it up with the spoon, or have your helper hold it.
5 - Loosen the screw at the rear of the bracket that holds the elements against the glass top (front and rear are held by the same retainer)
6 - Remove the bad element by sliding it sideways from the retainer. Do not disconnect things yet.
7 - The burner has numbers around the edge. Move brackets from old element to new one, matching the numbers. Then move wiring to new element. New burner may have a single connector where old one had 2 and a jumper. If so, ignore jumper.
8 - Slide new element under bracket and reinstall the screw.
9 - Lower the range top and re-install the screws.
10 - Turn on power and test.

Removed old gasket and replaced with new gasket'

Open oven door and remove two screews with 5/16 nutdriver to remove hole top of stove.Just lift up gently on front of top and pull toward you and when about 4 inch clearance on back of top you will see where all the wires connect ,press the side tabs of this big connector and it will release very easy to remove the top.Place top on bath towell upside down on countertop and remove 4 screws and 2 clips on the bad burner with the same 5/16 nut driver and remove the three wires and reinstall the same way then reinstall the top on the stove in the same order.Very Easy Job

We saved close to $200 between the flat fee for a service call plus labor. Thank you very much. We were also pleased how fast our part was shipped to us.

Ordered a front burner but it was not the right size. Ordered a switch after local dealer said I had a bad switch. Ordered a switch from Parts Select and received it the next day. Works good now.

First we watched a video on how to repair it. Then just followed through with the instructions. The part was delivered to my house in just a couple days.

Replaced element. Wires to short to replace element from front. Removed back panel and acessed connections to new element. Was easy even tho had to remove back panel because of short wires.

removed 2 screws in probe and pulled it out.had to take back off as wire was tangled from factory and couldn't do quick repair

Watched online video and performed same steps. Video excellent.

Disconnect the range from wall outlet. remove 2 screws in the back of the cabinet,remove switch plug. connect back range to outlet to check if it is the switch. make sure the light isn't on. then I order the switch online at PartSelect.com and it arrived in 2 days. When I installed the piece, the problem had been solved. I hope this information will be helpful for others.

husband un hooked thr old element and reinstalled the new one. works great - no problems

The oven did not auto clean. Problem was the sensor stopped working. Tried to repair from the front but could not get the connector through the hole. Removed the rear panel and found the connector had melted. Could not find a new wireing harnes on line, so I cut the wires on the stove and the new sensor coupling. Spliced the wires togather. The oven cooks fine, I have not tried the cleaning cycle yet.
