cracked vent grill and exterior door
Two screws on top for the grill and total of three for the door cover. The repair was super easy. The door snapped in place in no time.

The glass tray in the microwave got chipped while i was washing it and started to crack.
I just opened the box and set it in. Took all of two minutes.

Broken plate
Took the replacement plate out of the box and put it in the microwave in seconds. I never realized how much of a difference having the correct microwave plate would make. It's great to have it back.

Did not have a mounting plate with our used microwave
My husband just installed the mounting plate on the wall and the microwave was placed in position and mounted in less than 5 minutes.

Bulb burned out
You had alerted that it was imperative to unplug unit before starting to remove defective bulb. As described, there was silicon on bulb and socket and bulb broke upon my attempt to remove. Had to use needle nose pliers to get metal base of old bulb from socket, then all went well.

The capacitor was melted in the microwave
My husband open the microwave and see the capacitor melted. He try to find the piece in store,but unfortunatly he didn't find any. I found the piece on the web and ordered it. My husband replaced the part easily. The microwave work very well.The microwave was to our friend. He did replace it by a new one. Now we have a new microwave with a fan.

Removed screws from microwave case. installed new grille. inserted screws into holes in case. Tightened screws to secure grille

Broken tabs on grill vent
Removed the old vent which had been taped in place, installed the new one, took less than five minutes to do the repair. Perfect fit. Also, I ordered the vent on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday. Fantastic!

vent plastic broken kept vent falling down on stove
remove old vent that was held in place by clips and two screws re-installed. Only problem is that should have ordered new clips was not aware that they did not come with the new vent
