The center rail that holds the vegetable bins had broken.
After reading others who did this same repair, I removed the bins and emptied the bottom shelf. Now came the hard part as the glass had not been removed in a long while. It was stuck on with gunk. I removed the top glass and the lower glass by putting hand pressure from underneath and cleaned them. This took the longest time. With the bottom glass in and the top glass out, I snapped in the new piece, the actual repair took about 5 minutes including putting the drawers back in and testing them.

Remove the shelves and the other trays. Use the nutdriver to extract the screws and the panel. Pay attention to the orientation of plastic parts when replacing plastic slides to avoid breaking the plastic slide components. Avoiding too much stress on plastic parts is important.

The hinge pin broke that holds the door on the full-width vegetable drawer
I removed all drawers (including the two above the repair site, removed the left side end cap - it was help in place with only two screws (one screw hole appears never to have had a screw). Swapped out the broken part for the new one, reinstalled the screws, put the drawers back, mounted the operable door to the two hinge pins, and things were fixed.

Right side door was about 3/8 inch lower than left side door. When opening the right side door, had condensation (water) drip from the bottom of the door.
Removed the top cover from the right door, removed the door pivot mount. Lifted door from bottom pivot. Carefully removed the rubber door seal(just presses into a groove around the door). Unpacked new door, pressed the rubber seal into the groove on the new door, hung door on bottom pivot mount, lined up the top pivot mount to new door , and aligned it with locating pins on the top of the unit. Replaced the 3 screws to the mount and tightened them down, screwed the top cover back in place. Used an hex bit to remove the set screws holding the door handle on the old door, removed both handle mounts with a Phillips screw driver, mounted the handle mounts to the new door, placed the door handle on the mounts, and tightened set screws with hex bit...all done!
