the end cap was broken off
It was very simple taking every thing out and putting new part in. I figure if I had to call a repair person it would have ended up costing us probably around $300.00. We only paid $21.00. We thank you.

One of the pins that is part of the end cap and is used to open and close the pantry door broke. Seems like a lot of folks have had this problem - too light so maybe Amanda need to beef up this part where the pin connection to the end cap.
The reports of others I read on how to remove and replace the end cap was spot on so I just followed how they did it. Took about 30 mins.

The tab that holds the cover to the crisper drawer breaks
This id the 3rd time the tab on the end cap has broken, it is a weak and poorly designed part. So I modified it. Took drawer out, took glass shelves out, removed end caps from both sides. Put a 1 5/8 inch drywall screw into the back of the tab that holds the drawer cover. Screwed it in so that the head of the screw was just a short distance from the refrigerator side, then re-installed the end cap. Hopefully this screw will keep the tab from bending back too far and breaking again.

icemaker leaking water into ice tray
removed old icemaker and transfer some of the parts to the new icemaker. The only problem was that I had to disasemable the new icemaker to replace the fill tray with the older style (which was included). Once that was done, installation was pretty easy.

Ice maker had no water and quit making ice
I removed the old ice maker as described by the DIY video and had no problem except, I had to remove the ice tray from the motor section so the end cap could be changed. This only required removal of two Phillips screws on the case of the motor assembly, that are used to to secure the tray. Once the tray was off, the ice ejector could be removed and the end cap was free to change. Everything was re-installed in reverse order and unit was mounted. An FYI to anyone with slow ice making, will need to check their freezer temperature. Make sure it's set to get as cold as 5-10 degrees Fahrenheit. After installing new maker, it was not making ice fast enough, only to find my freezer temperature needed to be changed as well. Everything is working as it should now.

Meat Drawer Cover Hinge Broke
The nipple on the "pantry end cap - left side" that acted as part of the hinge for the meat drawer cover broke off. After receiving the replacement pantry end cap, I removed the meat drawer, removed the 2 vegetable bins, removed the glass shelf above the meat drawer, removed the screws holding the old pantry end cap, and pulled the old cap out. Then I put the new cap in place, screwed it in, and replaced everything else. The most surprising part of all of this is that I ordered my part on 4/22 and received and installed it on 4/25; 3 days! Thank you partselect for your fast response.

center rail which supports 2 crisper drawersThe rail needs to be lined up with the drawers
The rail & the drawers need to be aligned with each other & then push the rail into the little hole in the back wall of the frig while sliding the drawers in at the same time. I think I put too much fruit & vegs in the drawers which makes them heavy & the little tab which is there to support the drawers has broken off twice. This is the 2nd time I have ordered this rail. It would be helpful if the rail had a vertical supporting post towards the front. I like to have a lot of produce on hand all the time
