Basket Tray wore out on bottom and silverware would not hold.
I just opened the package, pulled out the baskets, separated them and put them directly in the dishwasher. The video showed the part and size of the baskets which was very helpful. The delivery was EXCELLENT!!! I would purchase from PartSelect again!

Spray arm fell out of top of washer because retainer had failed.
Watched on site video. Very helpful as it explained how to remove the upper and lower baskets to get at the upper cabinet nut. How to remove the nut and use a socket to compress the retainer rams so they would pass easily through the hole in the spray arm. Retainer nut replacement 1 minute. Removing and replacing baskets in machine another 5 to 10 minutes.

Age made the clips brittle and they broke
Snapped in the new ones in a skinny minute. Just make sure you leave the old ones in the dishwasher rack until the new ones come in it can be confusing if they are removed. My wife took them out so I had to figure out how they went back in but was not a big issue. I did have to swap ends to make it right but less than fifteen minutes and like new again.

plastic piece that holds spring broke
Because mine is a portable dishwasher, I had to remove top first. the sides and back are one complete unit. the torque screws are in the front, 2 on top, and 2 in rear. Then the panels can slide back to access the spring. Replace the plastic piece & hooked on the spring. Reassemble in reverse order.
