Dishwasher loud and vibrating
I removed the lower and upper basket. Removed lower spray arm unit by removing threaded plug and replaced the wash arm bearing ring. Reinstalled spray arm and plug. Removed Phillips head screw on upper spray arm and replaced wash arm bearing ring and spray arm seal. Reinstalled spray arm and screw. Reinstalled upper and lower baskets. Made test run. Everything smooth and quiet. This is took longer to write than it did to perform the repair. Also made exceptional easy after watching the repair video on partselect.com. Purchase is always easy and delivery was fast. Ordered on Friday and delivered to my door on Saturday.

Unfortunately, a mouse had made its home on top of our surround insulation. For hygienic reasons, I replaced the surround.
1. Turn off the electrical switch that powers the dishwasher. 2. Open the door of the dishwasher and find the two phillips head screws that secure the top of the dishwasher to the kitchen counter. 3. Remove the screws. 4. Gently move the machine side-by-side a bit while pulling it out onto the kitchen tile (be careful, the water-supply hose, electric cord, and dishwasher drain hose may not be long enough to allow you to pull it out very far - don't break or kink the hoses). 5. Remove (pull off) the black plastic fastener located on the bottom/rear of each side of the dishwasher. 6. Remove the old surround. 7. Lay the new wrap in place and secure with the two plastic fasteners. 8. Push back into place, secure the two screws, check your hoses.

dishes were comming out dirty
After watching the troubleshooting videos i decided it was the inlet water valve. ordered it and it arrived in two days with regular shipping had some trouble getting the water line loose from the valve as it had been cemented on. i finally over came that by just detaching the four screws that hold the plate to the valve and left the line intact turned it on and checked for leaks it now sounds quite now that its getting enough water and cleans like it did when new saved about 125.00 by doing it my self i might add the screen in the valve was stopped up with mineral build up no wonder it didnt work

Part was rotted out. It was full of holes.
Just unbolted the old parts and removed them. Assembled the new pieces, then snapped them into place. All new parts were of a different design, but fit perfectly.

Spray arm came off during wash & landed under heating element . Needed replacement.
The kit came with all necessary parts. The spray arm is now one part with the tube that brings water into unit. There was a video online to show the steps. Not only was this an easy repair but now the dishwasher works like new! I am a very satisfied customer & have shared the experience with several people. The cost was very reasonable. Very satisfied & will use this site again.
