Ice Maker quit making ice
Watched the video on the web site and then followed the instructions. It was very easy to change. After changing it, I filled it with water from a cup to get it started making ice since the video does not address how to do this. It has been working well ever since. If you are handy with tools, you can do this.

Ice maker did not work
I put in a new ice maker because it was not in very good condition. The water valve had a very slow leak which allowed water to freeze on the way to the ice maker and plugged the line. This problem was in one of your repair articles all of which were very welcome

The end cap had broken
The little knob that holds the door onto the deli bin had snapped. I ordered the part, it arrived within a couple of days. I emptied the necessary shelves, cleaning as I went of course. Removed the old part and installed the new part- instructions weren't necessary. I had the part back in within a few minutes. Someone else had reported that it took longer to remove the shelves and replace them than it did to replace the end cap. I found my experience was the same. I was very proud that I didn't have to ask my husband to do the repair for me- I did it myself.

Deli Drawer Cover Broke Off
The annoying cover to the deli drawer broke off again. This is my second time purchasing this part from this website (left side and now, right side). Both purchases were very easy. Replacing the left side is easier because there isn't a temperature adjuster to remove and reinstall. I found this website very easy to find my parts both times, and I installed the right side (the latest fix) in less than 15 mintues while taking care of two kids. Many women do repairs around the house and are successful! :)

Broken hinge pin for deli drawer- right side
The repair is staightforward. Simply remove the deli drawer (up and out), the glass lid, and the vegatable drawers above it (easier access- they just slide out). Using a 1/4 socket I removed the 3 screws holding the end cap in place. You then disconnect the 2-3 places where the end cap connects to the humidity adjustment (front and rear). When the end cap is out you have to remove the drawer slide as and humidity adjustment slide as it isn't included in the replacement part- just 3 more screws- same size). Attach the drawer slide to the new end cap and do everything in reverse to replace it. Took all of 20 minutes including cleaning/drying the drawers etc while I had them out. Easy project.

Icemaker making a clicking noise not dumping ice.
Rmoval and replacement is not at all complicated. (1)Reach behind and to the left of the icemaker and release the power plug. There is a release snap on th side of the plug. (2)Using a 1/4" nut driver remove the screw holding the icemaker to the "L" bracket at the bottom of the icemaker. (3)Using the nut driver loosen two self taping screws holding the top of the icemaker to the side of the freezer compartment.(4)Lift up on the icemaker to remove it. (5)remove the white plastic cover from the front of the icemaker (pry out at the bottom) and snap it onto the new icemaker. (6)Remove the wire sensor arm from the old icemaker and place it on the new one. (7) Remove the cable assembly (plug) from the old icemaker and fasten it to the new one. (8)Secure the new icemaker in place using the reverse order as the removal. The icemaker will take a little longer to make its first batch of ice as it will have to attain its proper operating temp (0 degrees to 2 degrees F).
