Automatic ice maker was not working properly
We had an Appliance Repair service come to fix, and they replaced the ice maker and the water valve, but ice maker was still not performing properly. We use RO water to fill the ice maker and because the water was also going through the charcoal cartridge, there wasn't enough water pressure to completely fill the tray. Plus charcoal filter was probably clogged. The original Blue Bypass Cap was nowhere to be found and I even called Kitchenaid to get one. They were of no help. But found your site, and found the part I needed. And best of all, ice maker is not jamming and is now making real ice cubes, not hollow, thin ones. And the water dispenser is now working too, so am very happy that such a small thing, fixed the big problem. Who knows, a clogged charcoal filter may have been the whole problem from the start.

Water leaking from water valve.
Water was leaking from the water inlet valve.Valve distributes water to the ice maker and water dispenser.Removed the old valve by disconnecting the water lines and electrical fittings.Removed the panel from which it was mounted to.Only four or five screws held the panel on.Matched up the part with the photo and the part number.make sure you shut your water supply to the fridge prior to removing and also you can keep the fridge running while you are doing this and while waiting for the new water valve.Very easy repair with basic tools.Pex water lines can be removed and installed without tools.Just press the collar on the water fitting down and pull the water line out.when reinstalling lines into the new valve, push line all the way in and the pull out to set the collar.

The tab that holds the lid over the bottom deli door broke off and the lid would not stay in place
I removed the bottom drawer, the two upper drawers and the glass that covered the lower drawer. Took three screws out of the left side pantry end cap and replaced it with the new part. New end cap in place, put the drawers back in, put the cover back on and it works like a charm.

Pantry cover hinge broke
Repair was helped by reading what others shared with similar issue helped a lot. First remove all bins and glass pane. Use the nut driver to remove three screws that hold the pantry. Be careful while removing it from refrigerator. There a an vent control that clips onto back side of refrigerator and attaches to pantry end cap. Remove this piece, be careful as not to break it. This piece ( the guts) attaches to the slide piece that attaches to the controller, remove carefully by turning it to align the slot tab. Then remove the pantry sliders by two screws by using your nut driver. Reverse these steps for reinstall. Then place completed unit into refrigerator, by clipping the back vent control, don't forget the square foam gasket. Then slide the pantry end cap into place, pay attention to the front of the end cap as you may need to slide into the clip to lock in place. Then screw in the three screws, careful not to tighten to much, as it might crack.

lower gasket cover torn
TAKE NOTE HOW OLD GASKET IS ORIENTED!!!old gasket can be removed by starting to pull out at top left hand corner, there is just enough space behind hinged door flap to put a finger behind the gasket and moving down and behind the flap remove gasket from it's slot, once you reach the bottom of the door the rest of the gasket is very easily removed. If new gasket is deformed in shipping, use a hair dryer to help staighten. Loop new gasket over shelf inside door. start at top left corner and continue inserting gasket into it's slot all the way round.

Ice maker pouring water into icebucket
Watching the video made this dead easy. If I had a newer refrigerator, I suspect it would have taken 10 minutes. Since I have an older 'fridge, I ran into two issues not in the PartSelect video. First - there were no "clips" to slip the icemaker into/out of, the unit was screwed directly into the freezer wall. Kinda hard to see the screws, especially the one in front, but not a big problem. Second - there is a wire-harness clip at the back side of the icemaker, that hooks onto the ledge of the back connector, just under the screw. That clip had slipped, and until I figured that out and reseated it, it made getting to the rear screw wit the nutdriver a serious pain. Other than those two issues, though, the job was exactly as easy as the video makes it look!

Crisper rail had a crack and the the center frame was broken.
Removed crisper drawers and the crisper frame. Then removed the glass shelf from the frame and also the plastic front piece and the metal rod that adds stability to the frame. Those last two items required a screw driver and pliers. Inserted the metal bar into the new frame, popped on the front piece, and installed frame in frig. Put in center rail, then glass top, and then put in crisper drawers.
