Dishes not getting clean
We recently purchased a new home and it didn't matter how hot we ran the water in the sink before starting the dishwasher, the dishes, especially glasses, were filthy. Extra rinse cycles, pots and pans cycle, nothing worked. After finding this site, we took the chance on what the troubleshooter recommended and bought the accumulator filter and wash impeller. The parts came so fast! We followed the videos on this site step by step and we were successfully able to replace the filter and impeller. The impeller was COATED in nasty slimy grossness; it was obvious the previous owners never rinsed their dishes before running the dishwasher. After replacing these two parts, we have clean dishes! We have switched from tablets to liquid detergent which also helped (not sure why, tablets have worked at our old house just fine).

replace top rack rollers
I removed the end caps by push the plastic tab on the end towards the top rack and pulling end cap towards me as I was facing the front of the dishwasher. I then removed the rack from the sliding track. Rotated the locking clip on the roller that clips on the rack's bar and slid the roller off the axel. Slipped the new roller on to the axel rotated the roller to the locked position. I then placed the rack back on the sliding track slipped the end caps back on and done. Very easy no tools required.

Upper wheel was broken
Removed upper basket by taking off the front stoppers from the tracks. Pried off the broken wheel with a screwdriver, then pushed on the new wheel assembly with my fingers. It twists by hand to lock it in place. Replaced the upper basket on the track and it worked perfectly. Total time was less than five minutes.

Silverware Basket Replacement
This company is a keeper !!! Fast, perfect service !! The part was different than what I had, but, it was better !!!! No kidding, it was far sturdier than the lousy basket that was originally with the dishwasher. . . . . This basket also can be split into 2 smaller baskets and relocated to other areas of the dishwasher, as well as having removable "lids" to keep flyaway things in place. . . . . . I was so pleasantly surprised at this great service, great product and great price. . . . . . For once, something was totally 100% hassle free !! :))))) One very happy customer here !!! This store is in my "favorites" stash!

Replaced the valve from the side. Easy and quick. The program to identify the part is excellent. The big concern is getting the right part.

The dishwasher stopped receiving water
I went online and determined what the possible dishwasher parts would cause no water entering. The most recommended part was a valve. I ordered it and afterword obtained a ohmmeter and determined the part in my washer was not faulty. It tested the same as the new part I sent for. The real problem was the connecting metal flex hose that I had installed when I put it in. It had a valve built in that prevents water to flood the kitchen if the hose becomes broke. Even though I tested it out and found water flowing through it, the valve when under pressure had gotten plugged up with dirt particles that caused it to malfunction. I changed the hose and Wa La everything worked fine. I in fact did not have to change the so-called faulty valve. I suggest a detailed evaluation of the problem before purchasing parts. With electrical components it is practically impossible to know if they are faulty without an ohmmeter. Some valves become stuck and if unplugged then plugged back in they will reset themselves. I suggest that if one does not know what they are doing, refrain from messing with electrical parts. Don J.
