Plastic shelf (vegetable drawer cover) had cracked in the middle.
Utterly simple! No tools required. Just lifted the old shelf out of the fridge, placed the new one on its brackets, and slid the vegetable drawers right into place in the slots underneath the shelf. Perfect fit.

Bad switch for door prevented interior light from coming on
Just as your video described, although due to the age of the fridge, it took a bit longer to remove the defective switch. Your video made this so simple, I can't imagine why we lived with a dark fridge for so long! I was ready to buy a whole new fridge, as repairmen are often nonexistent for small repairs. I am the biggest fan of your company & it's repair video. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Fan motor noisy
Turn off refrigerator. Remove the plastic air flow cover, styrofoam channel and metal panel inside freezer compartment, remove hex nuts holding motor mount, unplug connector, remove old grommets, remove compression ring, (note 1/4 inch extension of shaft through fan) carefully pull fan blade off motor shaft and put on new motor shaft, leaving 1/4 inch of shaft extending through, replace compression ring. If your new fan motor has a female snap connector and the old motor has a male connector (as mine did) you will have to cut the wires on both new and old motors, splice and solder the male connector onto the wires of new motor, wrap carefully with premium electrical tape (or shrink tubing). Replace the 2 grommets, Reconnect the fan and bolt back into place. Make sure all the bolts around the mount are tight. Replace the metal panel. Manually spin the fan making sure it is free of the shroud. If it binds in the shroud, physically move the motor and mount till it rotates freely. Turn on refrigerator and test fan operation. If it's all good, replace the styrofoam and plastic cover.

fan hung up and made a lot of noise, the shaft to fan blade had 1" play back and forth
I first watched the video on how to do it via YouTube, to make sure there were no hidden surprises. This was probably the easiest/ quickest repair I have ever done, the ONLY thing that took any time was removing the food from the freezer

Replaced above parts and the noise problem was not resolved. Ordered a new motor, fan blade and another set of grommets from PartSelect. The parts were delivered the next day. Took me about 15 minutes to swap the new parts in. It's been 3 days since the repair and the noise has not returned.

Noisy evaporator fan motor
I replaced the noisy evaporator fan motor after watching the video provided. All went well and now I have a much quieter refrigerator. I took apart the old evaporator motor to see why it rattled when moved and it had an electrical part that came undone and was the cause of the obnoxious noise that came from the refrigerator. Now, my wife and I can sleep better now that the noisy fan was replaced.

Frezzer would freeze up, refrigerator stayed cold, solved the problem. Now the refrigerator seems to be running more than usual.
Checked the defroster coil which is located behind the rear panel in the freezer compartment, it was still working. Followed the schematics down to the defrost timer, which is located in the lower front of the refrigerator and tried that. Plugged in the new part and the problem is solved.

The fan in the freezer was making noise.
I followed the instructions in the video. The decorative parts were slightly different than in the video, such as screws at the top versus the bottom, but all of the working parts were the same. I was somewhat hesitant about applying pressure to remove the locking spring and fan blades and to replace them but the video reassured me and all went well. The refrigerator is operating as quietly as when it was brand new.
