Bottom Rack Wheels Fall Off
Ge dropped the ball when they designed the bottom rack. The wheel assembly has two parts a side clipping axle and the wheel. It must be a huge problem in that as soon as you do a search a picture of the these two parts shows up in the first page. $7. 50 As a replacement. There are eight (8) wheel assemblies to deal with. Usually one or two start to fail but the proper remedy is to replace only the axle clips and all of them. ($. 79 Each) reusing the old wheel is key in keeping the cost down. The wheels are not the problem. The easiest way to remove the old axle is to pinch the axle ends. And pull on the clip assembly. Push the new axle clip onto the wheel prior to attaching the clip to the rack. The whole eight clip w/ wheel replacement will take less than 6 minutes. D. Hackett spring hill tn

Parts had become worn, some broken
Using the exploded views on the webside, we quickly identified the parts we needed. We proceeded to order the parts, but one part on the illustration was not on part list; we called customer service and the technician quickly identified the part, and told us that it was part of a kit, which we needed to order anyway. This was very helpful. Once we placed the items in our kart, we proceeded to checkout. We received the items in a few days. We then replaced the old parts with the new ones, and everything works great!

The rack assembly needed replacing
Just removed the prior rack and put the new one in. Much improved design on the wheels and rack seems of better material as well. The rack does not have as many holders as the prior rack dishes and pans do not fit as well.

Valve failed and washer overflowed.
Immediately shut off water supply to the washer. After ordering and receipt ot part: Removed base panel, turned off power, disconnected wire, water supply line and screws attaching washer to kitchen counter. Wheels (Rollers) on lower rack deteriorated due to heat.
Replaced all eight wheels. Wheels come in two parts which I used a rubber mallet to gently force the two parts together, then removed each old wheel and replaced with the proper parts (Roller WD12X10074, Roller Stud WD12X10278), new ones appear to be better design and work very well.

Rusted and Wheels falling off
I received the part very quickly. I threw away the old rack and put the new one in it's place. No tools or instructions were necessary. The new rack had all of the wheels and combs included. I did not have to purchase them separately. This is a much better designed part than the original rack. The combs are spread differently to better support plates, and the wheels are combined and enclosed to better support the rack. Also, I feel that this was a good price. Thank you!

Water Inlet Filter
Before you due anything else...remove the water inlet valve, remove the 4 screws holding the water inlet coupling to the valve housing, remove the nylon filter (tight fit), and clean the debris from the filter. Re insert the filter, reassemble the valve housing and check for leaks. Clears most water flow problems.

Soap dispenser did not open
Replaced wax motor and soap dispenser (all one piece). Only problem was the plastic seal on the very bottom of door had come unseated, and therefore was leaking. You need to check that it is snapped all the way in, and then the leak ceased. Took me a few tries, which made a ten minute repair into an hour long one.
