No defrosting, Temp drops - heater bad
Too easy not to try yourself. These instructions are accurate - add only to splice in the extra wiring if your left side wire cannot mate with the right side of the dual heater. Instructions included with the repair parts. Parts arrived quickly and first quality.

Replaced the ice bucket auger
watching your vedio it was very easy to replace. I stop it and completed one part at a time .

broken slide rails both left and right
Undcrewed broken parts (2 screws each) and replaced with new parts and screwed them back in place,
