turntable would not turn
I realized the turntable coupler had broken, but part of it was still in place. I read most of the other installation instructions, and pulled the coupler off. I did not use any tools other than the vacuum. Then I used my wet/dry vac to try to get the broken piece out that had fallen to the bottom of the microwave. I was unable to get it out. I put the new coupler in place (has a half moon base you should line up with the center) and I pushed down until I heard a click. Turntable works good as new! Simple, easy, if I can do this, anyone can. Reading the other responses was helpful. Easy order/quick delivery. Would recommend to friends/family.

The turn table quit rotating
The microwave is mounted above the stove. I left it in place while making repairs. I unplugged the microwave. I removed 3 phillips head sheet metal screws, bottom front and 2 phillips head screws bottom rear. The bottom cover swung to the rear of the microwave and hung on hinge tabs. I popped the turntable coupler up and off with a table knife. I removed 1 screw on the drive motor and slid it out of a slot on the other side. I pulled of the electrical plug and installed the new drive motor and turntable coupler. This is a really easy repair.

Part came with a "lip" on the side sticking out.. instead of being smooth...It did not fit
I could not repair this by myself..Thank goodness I have a "go to guy" who came and "fixed" the problem..I was told that this was not the part needed for this turntable..did not need this "extra piece sticking out of the side" with this extra thick "lip" sticking out of the side of the coupler, the coupler did not fit..Thank goodness for my "go to guy"...
