Door had no resistance/no balance/would fall open
First, remove the bottom front covers (two parts four screws). Second, remove the two screws at the top that secure the dishwasher to the counter. Third, gently pull away the dishwasher from underneath the counter just far enough to see and be able to remove the door spring(s) - one on each side. Fourth, remove the existing hinge arm link(s) if not already broken off, replace with the new one(s). Note that the door hinge goes on the door (front) side of the spring and the other side fits into a groove on the door arm - the other end of the spring attaches to one of the 3 available holes on the frame at the bottom. It would be a good idea to replace the hinge arm links on both sides even if only one is broken. Make sure that the door has the right tension (each spring can be hooked in 1 of 3 holes to adjust the tension). Then gently push the dishwasher back under the counter. Finally, replace the screws under the counter and replace the covers on the bottom front. All of this should take no more than 15-20 minutes. This was an easy job!

top rack in dishwasher need rollers
The top rack needed to be replaced as the wheels had broken. I ordered wheels but then found that the rack had broken and the wheels would not work so I ordered a new rack. I popped off the end caps on the slides with pliers. I pulled the old rack out and slide the new rack on. Very easy. I am very happy with the way everything went with the order from Parts Select to the installation. I ordered the rack at 5 pm on the 14th and I got it on the 16th. Very good service on that and also on a return problem that they took care of.

Dishwasher upper rack rollers were partially broken
(1) Remove end caps of the support arms that hold the upper rack in place (use pliers if needed). (2) Pull rack completely out of dishwasher. (3) If some of the old rollers have broken off in the support arms, remove them by sliding them forward. (4) Remove rollers (or broken-off stubs) from the sides of the rack (use pliers if needed). (5) Push new rollers onto the sides of the rack (hand pressure should be sufficient). (6) Insert rack back into the support arms by sliding the new rollers into the support arms. (7) Replace end caps; make sure they are secure.
