Small part broken on motor
It was a very simple repair. The only frustration is that all I needed was a small plastic part on the motor assembly but had to buy the entire assembly. Glad that I found the assembly much cheaper on your site, but wish I could have just bought the small plastic part.

Had to completely remove the ice maker in order to install the replacement part
Sorry for delay in writing. Part I ordered arrived two days ago and it was exactly what I needed. Knowing that there will be problems even with the smallest job I procrastinated starting. When I did start this morning I foud I had to completely remove the ice maker and disassemble it in order to install the water fill cup bracket. The challenge was reassembling the unit. Not hard for an experienced repairman but a challenge for layman. Everything is thing is back to gether now and power on cooling down the refrigerator. Won't know how successful it was until turn on water and ice is formed. If it works this saved $75 just to get a Sears repairman to come out and tell me what would be needed to fix the refrigerator and $1,000 if I had to buy a new refrigerator. Extremely satisfied with service I received. Thank you.

Motor to eject ice noisy and not working
Greatest thing about this company was properly describing in an easy clear manner along with the video. A picture is worth a thousand words. A video is worth? Disconnecting wires in back of freezer was a little hard. I didn't know you would have to wait for a complete cycle before the water would fill and make the first batch of ice. I thought it was not hooked up properly and took it back apart. This time I left it, waited and in a few hours, it started making the first batch of ice. Great company, price and fast shipping. Would definitely buy from again

Ice Maker leaking water
While removing the old Ice Maker, by looking at the new one, I observed that the old one had Ice frozen in the path of the water flow. After I removed the ice, using a hair dryer, I reassembled the old part and it has worked fine ever since. I have a spare Ice Maker now.

After thirteen yesr the ice maker stopped making ice
The replacement part (new ice maker unit) orked perfectly fter insstall. The "Part Select" video on how to replace this unit was extremely helpful and actually convinced me to try it myself. I took the old unit out and just reversed the process and installed the new, replacement unit. Worked fine and wroks fine. (Note: it did take a full 24 hours or a little longer to actually start making ice. I think the ater supply drains off and takes a while to get back into the ice maker.)

plastic cam was broken at the bottom hinge only, but replaced both cam pieces
Watched the video and viola, it was done. This was on the refrigerator side. Probably should have unplugged it, but didn't. One suggestion is hang a sheet in front to keep the cool in as best you can, even though it went really quickly.

Cams worn out, broken on Refrigerator side Door.
Just loosened the screws at the top of the door hinge bracket, lifted the door off the hinge and set down on its side. Removed the broken cams, both the door cam & Cam on the lower hinge. Discarded the old parts after making sure the new parts would match up with the holes and screw holes would align. Installed a new cam on both lower hinge bracket and bottom of the door with new screws provided. Added some lubricant to minimize future wear and tear and re-installed the screws. Lifted the door back onto the lower hinge pin, Lifted up the pin on the top of door bracket until the pin would slid into the hole on top of door. Tightened the screws on top of the door hinge bracket. checked to make sure door sealed tightly around the perimeter of door opening and we were done. Total time was about 15-20 min. Anyone could do it. Thanks for the instructions and parts. Very pleased with the results. Sincerely, Jim
