When the ice maker was filling the ice tray with water, the water would come out the water dispenser at the same time.
First I watched the PartSelect installation video. Then unplugged the power and shut off the water valve on the wall. I used a 1/4" nut driver and removed (4) screws on the back bottom cover of the refrigerator and removed the cover. I removed the (2) mounting screws on the back lower right side of the refrigerator and removed the triple water valve assembly. I then marked the (4) water lines and (3) solenoid connectors with numbers, to make sure they get connected back in the same place, and then I removed them. I used a retractable blade knife to cut the ends of the water lines perpendicular. I pushed the (4) water lines into the valve holes and plugged the solenoid connectors back onto the new triple valve assembly. I mounted the new triple valve, put the back cover on, turned on the water, checked for water leaks. There were no leaks. Then I plugged in the power and waited for it to fill up the ice tray. It works perfectly now ! And it was really easy ! Thank You PartSelect for making this repair easy for me.

broken crisper drawer support
1. Punched the little circle bolt at the top of the drawer support all the way through the refrigerator wall using a hammer and awl. Removed the remainder of the old drawer support. 2. Previous two small alignment prongs were stuck into the alignment holes, so I had to snap off the alignment prongs on the new drawer supports with pliers to make the supports fit flush with the fridge wall. 3. Stuck new drawer supports into holes in the fridge wall and hammered in circle bolts with hammer.

I recieved an error messag "ou" on the display.
after I contacted Frigidaire and they told me that it was the vent fan and told me where it was, looked up the part and got a new one from Part Select. When it arrived I unplugged the old one and plugged in the new one and reattached the holding bracket. No tools required. I then turned on the dishwasher and it works perfectly. If you get an "ou" error message on your Frigidaire Dishwasher, the money you will save is great!!!!

Frige and freezer not cooling
I should have ordered start kit instead of start capacitor. The start cap astir did not fix problem so I ordered kit. Compasator comes as part of kit. Followed enclosed instructions. Cut existing wires and reconnected new wiring. Simple as that. It's a plug in item. Now worried it may be working to good. Freezer down to 10 deg. Watching to see if compressor is running to long. Seems ok lol. Wife hates me now. She wanted new frige.

Refrigerator door wasn't closing all the way with out forcing it to close.
First of all--outstanding delivery time. I chose the cheapest 3 to 5 day delivery and the parts arrived the very next day. The closer plate was a breeze. The hinge bearing was challenging becaue it was broken off flush to the bottom of the door so it took some time with a needle nose plyers to break it into small pieces to remove it from inside the door. Once that was done it was easy replacing the hinge bearing, reassembling the door. Like others have mentioned it took the longest time taking everything off the refrigerator door. Just glad PartsSelect suggested ordering both parts at the same time since I had to replace both of them.

Ice Maker Stop cycling and making ice
Removed the Ice Bucket and Cover. Unbolted the two screws that attach the ice maker to the rear of the refrigerator panel and unplugged the ice maker. Plugged in the new ice maker and attached the two mounting screws. Reinstalled the cover and ice bucket and pressed the ice maker on button for 15 seconds. Voila, we have ice again! Very easy. And the part was $30 cheaper than my local appliance parts store.

Broken hinge bearing
This was one of the best internet purchasing experiences we have had. Certainly the convenience of ordering the part, speed of delivery, and "how too" instructions were fantastic. Unfortunately, the hinge bearing (PS976452) was diagrammed with the door and the closer plate (PS976594) was diagrammed with the refrigerator. You don't recognize you need both parts until you take the door apart. This necessitated two orders and two shipping charges and taking the door off twice. It would have been better if the whole hinge assembly had been diagrammed together. The fact that the second part was here in 24 hours even with standard ground shipping still made this an excellent experience. Works great. Thank you.

Crisper support 'pin' for crisper broke off x 2
1) cleared remaining parts of broken crisper supports by pushing them into refrigerator insulation(pushed on 'pegs' so 'peg' holes in side of plastic inner liner of refrigerator were clear. 2) Was unable to fully place new crisper supports into postiion. 3) Then, out of despiration, used small light hammer to gently tap on largest 'pin.' I was surprised to see this 'pin' enter into plastic side of refrigerator and then to see crisper support was secure when 'pin'/peg' was flush with new crisper support. 4) then returned crisper to correct postion; supports held. 5) WARNING-DO NOT OVERLOAD CRISPERS!! I BELIEVE THIS CAUSED 'PIN'/'PEG' FAILURE INITIALLY! I don't know if cause was volume too high with crisper forced into place OR if the crisper mass/weight was the culprit. SUGGEST weight limit less than 7.5 lbs.; don't attempt to load in more volume than top of crisper.

not freezing, refrigerator not cooling, back of freezer icing up
I first determined the problem. I found PartSelect.com through online search. I ordered the part online Sunday morning. Part arrived Tuesday afternoon(Christmas eve) and I installed it that night! Now I am a gal mind you, but I am pretty handy. I pulled out the fridge, unplugged it and removed the back panel, easy. Then I used a heat gun on low the defrost the 'defroster' which had REALLY iced up bad. It had iced up so much,in fact, it had disconnected the evaporator fan connection. I clipped the wires. Stripped the ends, slid on the shrink tubing supplied, connected the wires with the crimp connectors and heated the shrink tube. I also put another piece of shrink tube on the fan connector so it would be more secure. Put the panel back on, plugged it back in and started working like a champ!! I am so proud of myself and likely saved at least $250.00 on a service call! Total cost for this repair, $22.00!! :D
