Did not use the new parts. After removing the spray arm, found a screw out of place. Put the seal ring back in place and the screw back in the hole. Machine works like new.
The dishes haven't been coming clean. I noticed the bottom wash arm wobbling, so I removed it and found that the ring was completely worn down.
Removed the center screw in, then the wash arm, removed the old seal and replaced it with the new one, replaced the wash arm then the screw in, and was done and ready to try it out.
All you have to do it remove the 2 screws (OEM) and release from the water tube. Then, just put in the new part and use the one screw hole (on the new part). That's it!!
Spinning spray wheel on top upper wash ass'y broke off.
My model dishwasher was a bit older. The new replacement top upper wash assembly had a slightly different construction but was a perfect fit. It even has added protection of the spinner by adding two little fingers around the spinning wheel to protect it from being knocked off by dishes, the most probable cause of its damage to begin with. Only minor issue was that my old unit had 2 screws/holes to mount it and the new replacement unit only came with 1 hole pre-drilled. But if your doing this yourself, you probably have a drill and some small bits somewhere, so a few minutes extra and you'll have an exact replacement unit. Total time took less then 10 minutes and my unit was as good as the day I brought it. Good buy!
Simple, removed broken part and replaced with new part.Piece of cake, Took two mins. I can't get over how fast the part was received.I am sold on "PartSelect"
Washer arm at the bottom was flopping around causing the dishwasher to appear to leak.
Washer arm at the bottom was loose and flopping around and making waves when the bottom was full of water . This caused the dishwasher to appear to leak. For the Washer Arm Bearing Ring, First I removed the bottom drawer. Then I unscrewed the retaining screw with my fingers. and lifted off the wash arm. I then removed and replaced the Wash Arm Bearing Ring which looks like a top hat with the top cut out. The rim of the " hat " on the one I removed had completely worn away and looked like a 3/4 inch cylinder It took a couple. of minutes to figure out which part I really had to replace. I then put back the wash arm and tightened the screw back, replaced the drawer and everythig worked perfectly.
For the Spray Arm Feed Tube, I first unscrewed the one screw holding the old tube in place. The old part was orginally in two parts. The new part is only one piece. I placed the new part in its place, and replaced the screw.
