The guide tab on the left side drawer slide rail was broken off and the drawer kept falling off the rail
This has been a problem for some time and had I known how simple it was to repair, I would have done it a long time ago. I followed the online instruction provided and had it done in under 15 minutes! I removed the upper drawer and shelf, the middle drawer and glass shelf, unscrewed the 2 screws holding the broken slide rail to the side of the refrigerator, applied the new slide rail in place of the old, replaced the glass shelves and drawers and that was it! Works like a charm!

Broken cam on the bottom of the freezer door.
Several months ago I had to replace the hinge and cam on the refrigerator door and the repair went smoothly as pictured in the video. This time I had to replace the cam on the freezer door so I ordered the hinge assembly, which included the cam. The web site confirmed that, according to the model number of my 27 year old refrigerator, the hinge assembly would fit. The problem I had was that the top hole in the hinge was positioned too high to fit the hole in the refrigerator so I had to put the old hinge back on, even though it showed some wear. The door closes smoothly by itself now.

Loss of cold, freezer blocked by ice and having to defrost
Turn off refrigerator.
Empty freezer remove shelves and back plate.
With hair dryer melt ice, I made a tray out of old plastic to drain water to outside into pan outside of freezer, so I would not over fill the drain pan.
Removed to old parts and replaced. Check the wire length to see what one goes on top. I forgot to do this and had to remove and switch them.
Clip on the thermostat and plug in wire. Close back, insert racks and and back in business.
Not a hard repair!

switch wouldn't come out anymore and turn light on
Gently pry out switch in door jam with screwdriver and pull both connectors off and put connectors on new switch then push switch back into the hole. Looked it up on the internet and video showed how to and also had link to new part, ordered and less than a week later the fridge is bright again. I have an older freezer also and it seems that they all use the same switches. Very Very easy
